A player has multiple First traditions in play at the same time.
Each player must pay 2 pool or skip his turn. Is this per card(1st
trad.) in play?

I would say no, because they have the same effect which is not
additive, but simply repetitive.

But I'd like to hear from LSJ on this...would you pay 2 or 4 to take
your turn?

This is per card.
Each effect is unique and distinct.

It is cumulative. [RTR 22-DEC-1994]:

16) Is the First Tradition Cumulative? Yes, They would happen at the
Same time. So if you paid two blood you would still have to skip a
turn unless you paid another two.

If I skipped my turn, would I have to skip my NEXT turn or pay two
pool also? Or could I just [not take this turn] which is all either
one asked?

Each one requires that you either pay 2 pool or skip your *next* turn. Your
next turn is the next one that you have coming. Just because you skip your
next turn doesn't mean it doesn't exist, therefore skipping one turn is enough
for any number of 1st Traditions. I do understand why there is a question, but
one turn is enough for any number of 1st Traditions.

You can either pay no pool to either of them (and therefore be forced to
skip your turn), or you could pay two pool to one of them and pay no pool
to the other (and therefore be forced to skip your turn).

The latter, since that is all either one asked.
