Ian Lee (curevei) wrote a report on his blog:

I'd like a more formal report that shows who was there, and what the
results of all the tournaments were. And posting of the TWD's as well as
the storyline winning deck.

Hopefully it will get posted here.

Honestly, my first thoughts were "...and I'd like a pony!", closely
followed by "this seems really impatient since it's only Wednesday,
and wouldn't it have been more effective to ask the tourney-runner
directly instead of asking via a public forum that they probably don't
check as frequently as email?"

But then, I've been dealing with some highly passive-agressive folks
at work lately, so I'm probably overreacting. (Except for the bit
about the pony.)

Are you making a suggestion for the next expansion(ponies)?

For another report, see my blog:

No tournament winning decks because I didn't win anything ;(

Oh, it's really my fault. Ira emailed me for the deck lists but I
check my email less frequently than this forum (proving John wrong),
which means not very often for either. I'm sure he wanted his report
to be complete and I only sent him the lists an hour or so ago.

Did that, ira replied with Ian's blog. After having read the awesome post,
realized I wanted more, more more! And hey, it was over 72 hours ago that
the tournament ended...

Gotta crash now, have a test tomorrow; will read Brandon's blog tomorrow
evening.

Robert Scythe will enter the V:TES Hall of Fame if those two
tournaments ever do get reported.

And here they are!

Tournament Name: Minion Tap is Dead #1
Location: Berkeley, CA
Format: Standard Constructed
Players: 15
Winner: Robert Scythe

Deck Name: Trust in the Public
Created By: Robert Scythe
Description: I would like it known that I had forgotten my tin of
shared cards between decks and did not even mean to play this deck at
all but
it was pretty much complete. A variation of my Superior Presents deck
that just goes hardcore into its first 2 prey and works on the 3rd for
the win. Came about from a discussion whether just going full head on
with trusts and Life in the City's would be even more effective. They
were. Usually has one Carlton and a Heart of Cheating but apparently
were not necessary. Will never play a deck like this again, very dull
and straightforward.

Whoops! I sent Ira the wrong deck list (same mistake on vtesinla.org).
It's a bit different and shows why I stated that it usually has
Carlton in it when this one obviously does. Here's the version I
