In some places such as Germany a 3 or 4 year Diploma course can be equivalent or superior to a degree course but a diploma may also be awarded for a 3 month course in pickling mushrooms. Significantly no time period is specified for this Diploma in Political Economics supposedly awarded in 1976 during the communist dictatorship of Nicolai Ceauchescu.

I have referred the scanned diploma to Professor Viorel Lefter of the Academy for verification but according to Saliu his record has been expunged ie there is no record for diploma, No 226937, dated 1976.

It is worth keeping a copy of his defense as no doubt it will be changed as the flushing out process continues. From the defense it is worth noting -

1 Ion Saliu was such an ardent Ceauchescu Communist fanatic that he was compelled to dob in fellow communists that were wavering in their thinking.

2 If as Saliu claims his name was erased for being a "defector" by the communists then the current government and college administration would have reinstated any graduate names that had been struck out.

3 I have studied the photograph in the diploma for Ion Saliu at age 26 in particular the eye shape and find it hard to reconcile with a more modern photograph, see

More sinisterly, the software mysteriously ceased to function and deleted my lines of carefully-input results' histories on an anniversary of my original payment. I then made another payment, this time on a credit card NOT linked to my checking account. While I have not, knowingly, had any spurious charges on my accounts, the software continues to try to make life difficult in increments AFTER each successive payment anniversary. I decided to run the software while attached to portal at various businesses that I have worked with and each professional firewall told me that MDIEditor was trying to access the web. Very few standalone apps do this; most require you to click on UPDATE or whatever...even MS Office is logged as OUTBOUND on FEWER occasions than MDIEditor. When I BLOCKED it, it started to become even less stable. I then sent the report to IT at a large corp who reprimanded me for using it at work but also stated that it contained a KEYLOGGER.

As an educated person, I am often suspicious of 'experts' who are unable to explain their ideas, especially paid software, in plain English. If Hawking can make physics enjoyable and its concepts available to a layman, then so should Saliu. U/f my willingness to think I'd win MORE money blinded me to the fact that his mind-numbing jargon and refusal to enter into ANY meaningful exchange was a cover for him being a charlatan. I woke up a couple of hours ago. I had a strange dream. I thought it was related to the fact that I watched on TV the last week of the NFL regular season.

“I was in an English town as the guest of… Kulai! We were walking along a half-dry streak. Kulai said the winter would come and he would have big headaches because of the nearby mountain. People in town had headaches because of the minerals in the mountain. Kulai then told me that a company would start mining the mountain. Mining would be very bad for the town because mining would consume a lot of water, Kulai said.

We went to a shop run by Kulai’s cousin. I bought a bag of bird seeds. He said it cost one dollar and 10 cents. I asked to make sure: Dollars or pounds? We take dollars as well. I gave him 2 1-dollar bills. Kulai’s cousin gave me the change that resembled more the British coins with all those shapes and sizes.

I left for my boarding house. I stopped at a joint that sold pastry and home-cooked meat products. I wanted muffins and sausages. But I remembered they eat mutton in England. I can’t eat sheep or lamb. The lady cook assured me that the sausages were made of pork and beef. I bought also a little flat bottle of whiskey! I shan't clog the site as Octavian any more [the email ending has my year of birth appended but does not appear!] I may re-register with a new username, if I feel I can enter into meaningful discussion: supposed randomness in numbers and in nature is fascinating in that there is really no such thing in our meagre frames of reference. We get 'clumps' of data. Lottery statistics and probabilities, as separate, are of great interest of course, as we'd all love 'to beat the house'. "Since 2004" as he put it, Psycholin Zamzalasheep (a.k.a. Colin Fartbrothel) has become the most disgusting specimen of the Animal Kingdom!

Just about everybody in this community and other public forums (e.g. lotterypost) agree on one thing: COLIN FAIRBROTHER IS CLINICALLY MAD.

It is obvious by reading his "posts", especially as he repeats ad nauseam some of his ramblings.

You read about record-setting lotto wheels that are results of his hallucinating -- nobody has ever seen a single line of those "lotto creations".

You'll read about $100,000 bets on his hallucinations, although he has never showed an escrow account to back up his "bet". Actually, he is legally impaired to handle financial matters. In fact, he doesn't even have the right to bear a real name, for that matter. How could an individual open an escrow account without a real name?!

Psycholin Zamzalasheep started his cyber career with his infamous spoofing of email addresses (especially from lotterypost where he was a member). He followed through with his "lotto compost forum" by stealing materials from other authors. Some authors exposed Colin Fartbrothel right here, in this rec.gambling.lottery newsgroup.

Psycholin Zamzalasheep is so compulsive-obsessive that he even bothered my Alma Mater to "prove his madness" that I had no university degree:

He even published without permission the ENTIRE email message from my Alma Mater (Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest).

Psycholin Zamzalasheep published ("articles" still online) defamatory materials targeting me, Ion Saliu. He makes the illegal claims that I committed plagiarism, or that I do not have a diploma in higher education.

Those are serious criminal offenses. One might ask this legitimate question: HOW COME PSYCHOLIN ZAMZALASHEEP IS NOT BEHIND BARS?

Psycholin Zamzalasheep is not afraid of his mad acts because:

1) He is factually INSANE - therefore he is incapable of realizing reality;
2) He is factually INSANE - therefore he was told he could always PLEAD NOT GUILTY FOR THE REASON OF INSANITY. The worst consequence for him would be long-term internment in a hospice.

We have noticed that Psycholin Zamzalasheep disappears from Cyber World periodically. He reaches aggravation crises in his mental condition and he is confined for longer periods of time. He is released on the basis that he is not a dangerous person PHYSICALLY. He "lives" in the physical world like a sick snake hiding in grassy, shadowy spots.

He is worse than Psychosama -- the mad actor who infested this community (and other forums) up until a few years ago. I think 2009 was Psychosama's last year as an undead (zombie). He evaporated completely. Psycholin Zamzalasheep is on the same path. Zombies like him need and spend an extreme quantity of energy...
