Ion Saliu is a retired Pennsylvanian farm worker and an ardent
numerologist and occultist with a penchant for posting lies,
distortions, plagiarisms, abuse. false accusations and generally crazy
rubbish on gambling including Lotto mixed with a few half truths to
fool both those who are gullible and irrational.

I will take this post by Ion Saliu as being the long awaited reply to

The credentials required for getting into The Academy Of Economic

bit thick (definitely no intellectual pedigree) and a rabid fanatical
follower of the "beloved leader". In other words a mad Stalinist
communist pretty similar to the pictures we have seen recently of
North Koreans with there well rehearsed, frenzied grief over the death

I would like to confirm whether Ion Saliu born March 9, 1950 at
Gemeni,
Romania graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest,
Romania
with a degree in Political Economics as he claims. Ion Saliu currently
resides in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania USA.

Could you confirm that the degree course Political Economics included
as
expected, study in higher mathematics including probability theory.

If you could refer me to the alumina for 1976 on a web page etc this
would
greatly assist.

Thanking you in anticipation for your reply to fair...@bigpond.com

...Jeesh Colin...Are you constantly looking for ways to satisfy your fits of
rage and childishness? There are diplomatic and humane ways of expressing
your opinions, observations and conclusions without casting your evil,
ambitious gutter-excavating skills with which to drown mere newsgroup
participants...Maybe you can go to Africa and overthrow one of the minor
governments in the backwoods or something...This might earn you some sort of
warped recognition in the history books.

At least Ion Saliu has provoked some healthy thought among lotto
enthusiasts who are still trying to reason that there is still some way to
beat the lottery, other than luck. Ion maybe even left some sort of line of
communication open that could be used to transmit ideas to future lotto
hobbyists.

The only thing I would change if I were Ion Saliu, is to admit that his
observations, calculations, software, and teachings are merely his own ideas
and ways of expressing his own lotto and gambling beliefs based on his own
personal experiences, instead of him trying to be a factual guru in the
lotto arena. Everyone loves to be elevated above the rest...Some just do it
more gracefully than you can, Colin. You have obviously spent far too much
time in the yahoo insult-chat rooms.

There are three main fallacies pushed by the Lotto con-artists and
shysters including Howard, Silver and Salui -

1 Treating the history of the draws for a particular Lotto game as
having some bearing on the next drawing.

2 Attributing magnitude to the identifiers (numbers) which is plain
numerology bunkum.

3 Using wheels or covers with a prize guarantee for less than the Pool
of numbers used in the Lotto game and thinking the guarantee for the
partial Pool has anything other than the effect of reducing your
chances of winning a prize.

Wow, that guy has a lot of entries on his CV. I guess it just goes to
show that you can go a very long way and get a cabinet full of
qualifications with no affinity or aptitude for scientific method and

His website badly needs the services of a web designer to clean it up -

Colin...Let's pick on the Canadian National 6/49 game...

Since the very start of the Canadian National 6/49 game, do you have the
past history of this game in your files, and, can you report to us what
percentage of these games had absolutely no repeat digits in the very next
draw? Are those findings consistent with all 6/49 games on the planet?

The winning numbers for my National Canadian 6/49 game on Saturday,
January 14, 2012, were 1, 3, 7, 11, 38, 40, B37

What are the chances that any of those digits from this previous Saturday
draw will be repeated next draw ( tonight ) based on performance revealed
within this entire past history database, and why shouldn't anyone exclude
those digits to play in the next draw, based on the past history of the
draw?

I'm of the opinion that none of those 7 digits should be picked for the
very next draw tonight...If I was forced to pick one of them, it would be
37...the Bonus number previously drawn.

Simply dividing the possibilities in a 6/49 Lotto game excluding the
six integers from whatever draw in any other 6/49 game by all
possibilities will give the probability of a draw with no repeats ie
43c6 divided by 49c6. The calculation is 6096454/13983816 = 0.435936
or 44%. The probability of 1 or more repeat integers for any
combination of 6 integers from 49 you care to name for a next 6/49
Lotto draw is then 56%.

For 1636 UK 6/49 Lotto draws the empirical result for one, two or
three repeat integers is 58% which is pretty close to the probability
calculation of 56%.

Throughout the history of humans, there has been a desire to
attribute magnitude to nominal identifiers such as a Bird in-hand
is worth two in the bush.

Here I must depart from agreeing with you. I always use my first
wife's birthday when purchasing a lotto ticket. While it does not
affect my chances of winning, it gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling
that I am not wasting my money because if I ever win a jackpot
prize, it will piss her off!

Apart from claiming a non-existent University degree Ion Saliu is a
non-remorseful plagiarist of software programs translating them into
some variant of Basic and then passing them off as his own unique
work. As pointed out in one of my articles this Romanian communist a
staunch supporter of the Nicolai Ceauchescu
communist regime decided things were getting too hot and took
advantage of (quoting one of my Romanian informants), " In 1977, there
was a human rights movement led by a writer (Paul Goma). The then
communist government forced passports on the members. Goma ended up in
Paris, France, where he still lives even now. The others, some of them
genuine activists but probably most of them opportunists, got visas
for any country in Western Europe and America. Saliu may be one of
them.".

As pointed out in one of my articles Ion Salui suffers from the
disease Delusions of Grandeur where he gives a different name to
important mathematical equations and then says he invented them when
they actually originated in the 1600's. See -

You can break down a 6-number lotto drawing into groups of 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 numbers. You will notice that the 6-number group has no repeats
in thousands of drawings. Eliminate all those past draws and your odds
decrease by that amount. You will discover that, say, the 3-number
group will not repeat within 20 draws, but will repeat within 100
drawings. Instruct the software to generate combosnations that have 3-
number groups from the last 100 draws, but eliminate all combosnations
that contain 3-number groups from the last 20 lottery drawings.

Only a fool, idiot, numerologist, occultist and blatent liar such as
Ion Saliu would claim there are no repeat CombThrees in 20 draws of a
6/49 Lotto game when there are usually about 2 and further claim that
from the 13,983,816 possible combinations of 6 integers you will have
better success with about the 134,600 CombSixes formed from around
1900 distinct CombThrees in the last 100 draws less about 3000
CombSixes from the distinct CombThrees in the last 20 draws.

Psycholin is madder than Madam Madness herself. The doctors gave up on
him: he is incurable. Of course, there are bloody crimes out there!
Psycholin’s cyber crimes might seem minor by comparison. Still, the
doctors should confine Psycholin more often — and more strictly! He’s
a big nuisance. Problem is, Psycho even bothers my alma mater with his
grotesque insanity!

There is only one decryption using the key provided in my previous
post.

A rat when cornered may choose to fight but this rat just regurgitates
his previous ingestions and then proceeds to savor, relish and
masticate on his own vomit.

The decryption utility on the website you posted a link to reports no
decryptions with that key.

Did you test it before you posted it?

Have a look at the key if you pasted it in and make sure it ends with
ELOAT.
Just one letter or space out and it won't work.

To try and crack it with a powerful computer would simply take too
long as it is 71 character permutation with repetition allowed of 26
alphabetic characters and a space, .

To answer your question I did test it. The more pertinent question is
did you check the key as entered was the same as given to which I can
safely assume no and moreover why not as when entered the key is not
masked with asterisks and therefore easy to check.

However, the subject of encryption is a fascinating one and it has
obviously sparked your interest. You may have noticed John Walker's
Javascrypt encryption tool is written in Javascript which these days
runs in any browser and for which the code can usually be read by View|
Source in for example IE. These days if you're into programming and
have anything to do with the web you need to learn Javascript.

Did you reach that conclusion by observation, accusation, or practice?

Gotcha - copy and paste from both GigaNews and Google Groups resulted in
an extraneous space before 'ELOAT'.

both inserted a space

I'm not so sure about that. JavaScript is seriously limited and a
nightmare to debug. Most web developers seem to prefer anything but,
unless it's something extremely simple.

I know … I know! It keeps the rat up down-under! “You kill him, Ion!”
Exactly …

His name is false … exactly … what’s new! But HE REALLY IS A MENTAL
PATIENT! It’s NOT about Sydney … How about Melbourne, the place of the
Australian Open in tennis. Like another demented rabid rat who caused
turmoil in the stock market: Steve Hourmouzis …

Poor Ion Saliu - a penniless, lonely, rickets ridden, exposed con-
artist eeking out his few remaining years in the backwoods of
Pennsylvania and barely able to write a half intelligible line or two,
His enemies from his time as a ardent supporter of the Romanian
communist dictator, Nicolai Ceauchescu, are closing in - people have
long memories from the land of Vlad and the cowardice, thievery,
deception and double crossing of Ion Saliu is not forgotten.

His false bravado cannot hide the fact that he fears every rattle in
the middle of the night - quaking in fear - petrified and squirming in
his own excrement.

I do not feel sorry for this useless piece of human garbage just like
I did not feel sorry for the swift "peoples" trial of Nicolai
Ceauchescu and his summary execution.

The bleating of Psycholin Zamzalasheep is worse than that. But it is a
valuable study material for psychiatrists: DELIRIOUS SPEECH. What a
painfully deep obsession struck Psycholin: Ceausescu, Vlad Tepes,
harassing emails to my alma mater … then the encryption-decryption
hallucination …

IP addresses in Sydney, websites hosted in Delaware, originating
messages in Florida … although he is in one place only: MADHOUSE.
