Anyone have a recipe for a Chinese dish usually called "Jalapeno
Chicken w/ Black Bean Sauce" It's usually some sort of chopped chicken
that's stir fried in a black bean/soy sauce marinade, and served with
Jalapeno's over rice. It's _very_ good in the restaurants. So, I'd
like to give it a whirl at home.

Hey John,
Sounds like you've got the idea already! You might try using Hoisin
Sauce, a sweet, thick sauce used for potstickers,etc.
