[perl #41312] [TODO] - Docs - update FAQ

The FAQ has the following issues:

1) refers to parrot assembly instead of PIR as primary language.

2) the "real language" section is very outdated.

3) text regarding pugs should be updated. And should probably include
perl6-on-perl5

4) actual perl6 faqs should be left to perl6, perhaps we can just point to
them.

5) Be nice if the "why parrot" links were updated to reduce the humor and
provide more facts/references.

6) Kill the "VERSION" section of the pod (true for any docs that are already
in subversion, I think)
