[ANN] NSubstitute 1.0 release

Just wanted to let you know we now have a v1.0 release of NSubstitute:

It should also be hitting the Nuget feed soon.

If you are currently running the 0.9.5 RC build, the only real change is that we are now compiling for Release (previous builds were Debug to help with any debugging required). If you have not already updated to the RC then you might want to read up on the breaking changes to the event-raising syntax before dropping it into your project:
