NHProf creates large temp files and does not clean up on exit

I have the same issue as reported here:

I am using build 878. When I run NHProf I see the temp file created
get large, 8GB, 12GB, etc. When I close NHProf the files are not
removed.

When I use Options->Clear - the temp files are deleted and new ones
are opened. I would expect them to clear on exit. After several
sessions my hard drive fills up.

I am running a large application using NServiceBus with about a dozen
host agents each with their own SQL database.
