I'm trying to solicit opinions on why people who know solutions to
Firefox support issues don't add them to the Knowledge Base. I'm
trying to get the opinions of mozillaZine Forums members at

Does anyone here have any opinions on this? Could someone also solicit
opinions from the other support channels?
