in your prefs.

in Sunbird, please go to Tools|Options|Advanced|Config Editor...
There you can add the boolean string by right-clicking in the main
window and choosing "New".

It's to the right of the timezone-icon in 0.5pre, but I guess you're
using 0.3.1. You could install:

to get "about:config" under help but if you're planning to use
wcap-support I would really start using 0.5pre as quite some bugs were
solved in 0.5pre:

You should create a new profile first as otherwise you won't be able to
switch back to 0.3.1 if you'd like too. Also, just to be sure, make a
backup-copy of you profile folder:

To really have good WCAP-support you should install lightning-wcap.xpi
with thunderbird, it has a great event-editor which you can use with a
wcap-server:
