MOSS repisitory

Lets create a debian/ubuntu repository for Maldives. We don't need to
include the whole ubuntu tree, this repository can hold local made
software, language packs and what not. I was fiddling around vim today
with vim-scripts package from ubuntu repos installed. Found it a bit
irritating to me to memorise all commands for all user made plugins.
Why not include menu entries to handle all that hassle i thought. So
began work on vim-scripts menu entry plugin. Will share it here as
well. I personally have other tools like this I would like to share
with the community. Inn, what do you propose?.

Why stop at only a Debian repo? ...there's YUM too. There must be guys
amongst us prefering rpm based distros (amongst others) to Debian
ones.

Yeah. We should have rpm repo as well, since there are many fedora and CentOS users too.

We've already got sponsorship for the domain name. Once the web-space sponsorship is finalized, we can go full speed ahead with the repository, mailing list migration, project management software and other projects.
