I just finished typing the minutes from the last meeting.
I found different types of formatting for the minutes when downloading them.
I'm on the task of creating a list of goals, tasks and required actions, based on what I find reading the minutes and ideas of my own.
EVERYBODY is invited to share his ideas upon HOW we can achieve the targets we have set + what he thinks that targets are.
Clearly defined in writing, we can use that to determine what tasks have to be done (regularly), and which actions have to be taken (in order to achieve the goals).
We may have more than one front to serve on, but a clear, very complete (though constantly updated and enhanced) list of all that we think constitutes MOSS
is, IMHO, the base for all SPO.
