Moodle translation completed!

The translation of Moodle was completed by the Maldives College for
Higher Education (mche) students and it is officially released with
the package 1.9.7 on last October!

This Saturday at 1330 in MCHE the students have their presentation of
the project and how they did it, as a part of their project finale.
