it's the ifs.
it's the big ifs and the small ifs.
it's Unicornian Mathematics.
because...
IF 3 + 3 = 5
AND 2 + 2 = 3 + 3
AND 3 > 2
THEN 2 + 2 = 5 is...
True
not because any of the premises are false.
nor invalid.
...
it's true because of the ifs.
the big ifs and the small ifs.
it's true because of the inexorable nature of
the relationship between odd and even numbers.
...
it's not some sort of Orwellian brainwash.
it's true because it's true.
...
it's true because it all adds up...
perfectly.

odd + odd = even
even + even = even
even + odd = odd
That would be inconsistent with your propositions.
in the proposition above, um = 0.5
so, in that case:
odd + odd = odd
even + even = odd
even + odd = odd
however, when um = 0.0
then:
odd + odd = even
even + even = even
even + odd = odd
...
there is only one logical rational reason for all of the below
conditions to be true at once:
IF 3 + 3 = 5
AND 2 + 2 = 3 + 3
AND 3 > 2
and that one logical rational reason is:
um = 0.5
you gotta respect the ifs, dude.
(if you want to be completely logical, that is).
-$Zero...
it's one plus one equals two.
(except when they don't).
