You were the ORIGINAL nymshifter. I merely followed your lead. You
nymshifted many, many times be4ore that. Remember Still in School, Still in
School with CDL, Rookie with 1 week, Rookie with 2 weeks, Rookie with 3
weeks, Rookie with 3.125 weeks, Rookie with 3.25 weeks, and so on. I
thought that if you could keep saying Rookie with however many weeks and
changing your name several times a week I could do it as well. At that time
I had 13 years and some weeks experience driving a truck... they added up to
676 weeks. Why could I not claim to be Rookie with 676 weeks? You were
already the nymshifting king by that time. You showed me the ropes, you
taught me how to do it asshole.
If you would have just stuck with one (1) name, this would have never come
up, would it?

Now, be honest. What would you rather have, someone who changes names and
e-mail addresses in a heart beat, or someone that informed posters ahead of
time what each change was going to be?
It is funny how people like tscottme bitched me changing one number in the
back of my name, only for it to get much worse. What an IDIOT Scott was and
all of the people that bitched with him about something so trivial.
Don't forget, you were also Habda. You tried to deny it once, but until you
find exactly what you are talking about in this particular post, you had to
be Habda.
The quote from you that indicates you were someone that posted with my reply
address and the only one I could find that did that was Habda.
The things that got me wondering about Rookie's intelligence was I might
have posted some direct evidence that would have "outed" the imposter after
I had been drinking and I may have posted under the wrong name unknowingly.

Doesn't matter.... you kept changing your screen name on an almost daily
basis. My news reader doesn't show the email address unless you look for
it. Some news readers do not block by email addresses.
I'm not bullshitting that I posted as Rookie with 676 weeks due to your
constant nymshifting. It was a response to what YOU were doing.

After looking at the post and trying to figure out where some of the other
false accusations in the hoax were started they point to the next thread.

Hoax" would be unavoidable and I even tried twice to point out someone else
had started that thread, yet I would still be given credit for it.

I don't consider that "best evidence" at all, since it was based on a
misrepresented legal precedent, completely impeached testimony and false
speculations.
Those judges even went so far as to add words that were not in the original
transcript in their malicious "Character Assassination."
Don't forget, if I was anything like that in real life, at least one juror
would have voted against me, yet there were none that voted against me.
What Tim really found was evidence that proves why the Sixth Amendment
should *never* be violated, even by judges at the Appellate Court.
And do not forget. Duane Thompson to this day, has never even tried to deny
that he misrepresented the Mack case that the courts held against me. I
should have won that last case, simply because an unanswered argument should
have been deemed as true, not thrown out.
