BIRTH CRIME: DR. ROSNER REPLIED...
MY RESPONSES ARE INTERSPERSED ####
Hello Todd,
Yes, I am the Anthony Rosner from years ago. I could not agree more
about the manhandling that can happen and has been reported in
childhood delivery.
#### I have never heard it called "manhandling." I would not call it
that without qualification. Whatever you call it, please speak out.
#### In most births, there is birth-canal-closing/PUSHING spinal
manipulation/"manhandling" (most women are semisitting or dorsal as
their uteri are chemically whipped with pitocin).
#### In 1 in 10 births there is - in addition - birth-canal-closing
PULLING spinal manipulation/"manhandling" (women are KEPT semisitting
or dorsal as the OBGYN or midwife pulls with hands/forceps/vacuums).
#### Sometimes the spinal manipulation/"manhandling" is paralyzing -
sometimes OBGYNs pull so hard they rip spinal nerves out of tiny
spinal cords.
#### Sometimes it's fatal - and OBGYNs are lying to cover-up even as
they indirectly admit on video that they KNOW they are closing birth
canals up to 30%.
#### For the Four OB Lies (they are whoppers)...
See again: Dents in babies' skulls
http://groups.google.com/group/misc.kids.pregnancy/msg/08abfc7ff242150e
#### THE KICKER: The relevant video - the American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists/ACOG's Shoulder Dystocia training
video - has already been ruled exempt from the hearsay rule - and the
version of McRoberts maneuver purported on the video to offer maximal
pelvic outlet area actually keeps the birth canal closed with more
force.
#### MEDICAL EMERGENCY. OBGYNs are keeping birth canals closed as
they pull - TODAY.
It is on a level far more prevalent and serious than such charges
against the chiropractic profession as vertebral artery dissections
ever could be.
#### Yes, this is what I pointed out to endovascular neurosurgeon
Felipe Albuquerque, MD. No response from him yet. MD critics of
spinal manipulation are intellectually dishonest. They engage in libel
by omission. And chiros (and their supporters) are silent about the
selective silence of MD critics - likely afraid that speaking out to
protect babies will harm the chiropractic profession. MD or DC,
concern for professional health trumps concern for the health of
mothers and babies.
My only issue is in the terminology;
#### BRAVO!
I don't see the birth canal closings as consequences of practitioners
professing to perform "spinal manipulation" as such and wouldn't put
it on the same level as non-chiropractors professing to perform the
same tasks as chiropractors.
#### Many CHIROPRACTORS do not "profess to perform 'spinal
manipulation'" - yet that is what they are doing by World Health
Organization/WHO definition:
"Spinal manipulative therapy...[i]ncludes all procedures where the
hands or mechanical devices are used to mobilize, adjust, manipulate,
apply traction, massage, stimulate or otherwise influence the spine
and paraspinal tissues with the aim of influencing the patient's
health."

everything? (Bill Esteb/Vortala?)

#### OBGYNs manipulate baby spines "with the aim of influencing the
patient's health" - to get the baby out before the baby DIES - as I
pointed out to WHO Technical Officer Dr. Molly Meri Robinson Nicol - a
chiropractic physician - who actually lied to cover-up the fact that
WHO promotes birth-canal-closing delivery positions...

chiropractor at WHO (WHO Technical Officer Dr. Molly Meri Robinson)

#### You continued...
... [Non-chiropractors professing to perform the same tasks as
chiropractors] is a separate and serious problem in itself, as you,
Peter Rome, Alan Terrett, and others are well aware.
#### OBGYNs and midwives are not "professing" spinal manipulation of
babies - they are DOING it - by World Health Organization definition
(see above). They are doing it even in the minority of births where
they don't close the birth canal up to 30%.
#### When they DO close the birth canal up to 30% (most births), they
are routinely performing ABSOLUTELY CONTRAINDICATED spinal
manipulation/"manhandling" of babies.
Childhood delivery problems represent a different activity and, as you
suggest, something far more serious and widespread.
#### The "childhood delivery problem" that makes their spinal
manipulation/"manhandling" absolutely contraindicated is the birth-
canal-closing.
I don't participate in the Google website and would appreciate seeing
what you might have posted there, as
#### Reading in the google groups usenet archive requires no sign-up -
no "participation." It's open to all. I have posted emails to many
prominent chiropractors there. My recent response to your "Response to
Albuquerque" is posted there. See the URL below.
I can't recall "looking the other way" now or in the past as you've
suggested.
#### You wrote: "Yes, I am the Anthony Rosner from years ago." I can
assure you that I contacted you about the sometimes-fatal birth-canal-
closing spinal manipulation years ago.
#### Regarding terminology: I SAY AGAIN: Many CHIROPRACTORS do not
"profess to perform 'spinal manipulation'" - yet that is what they are
doing by World Health Organization/WHO definition.
#### IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU CALL IT; IT IS A SOMETIMES-FATAL MASS
CHILD ABUSE CRIME.
#### I hope you will immediately speak out and KEEP speaking out - and
urge chiros to speak out - until the bizarre sometimes-fatal birth-
canal-closing crime ends.
#### ANOTHER ISSUE: The chiropractic profession which purports to be
"non-drug" is silent about the widespread municipal practice of forced
medication; that is, many American municipalities are forcing children
to drink extremely dilute hazardous waste to prevent cavites.
#### As you know, forced medication is a crime - even if the
medication being forced is deemed good medicine.
#### Where is the chiropractic profession?

dilute hazardous waste

#### Thanks.
#### Sincerely,
#### Todd
#### PS Incidentally, in 1988, Douglas Anderson the chief
lexicographer for Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary published
"my" definition of chiropractic:
"A science of applied neurophysiologic diagnosis...diagnosis is the
identification of noxious mech/chem/psychic irritation of the nervous
system; treatment is their removal by the most conservative means
possible..."
#### Before this definition was published, chiropractic organizations
and associations ignored my call for them to make input; so I
persuaded Mr. Anderson to write letters asking them to make input. He
received ONE input I think - and ended up publishing "my" definition
again in 1994.
#### Just before Dorland's 2000 "millenium" edition was published, ACA
boasted that they had been contacted by Dorland's - but failed to note
that I had generated that contact - and that it had come years before!
#### I telephoned Mr. Anderson - who told me he was going to publish
ACA's/Maurer's NARROW scope definition of chiropractic. I protested
that ACA was on record with a BROADscope definition - which is where I
got "my" definition.
#### Mr. Anderson published "my" definition in the Dorland's
"millenium" definition.
#### Years later, Dorland's changed back to the "disease caused by
abnormal nerve function" malarky that first stimulated me to contact
Dorland's years ago.
#### The chiropractic profession cannot tolerate the notion that
noxious nerve irritants should be removed by "the most conservative
means possible" - because so many chiros are invested in FORCEFUL
spinal manipulations with less forceful alternatives available -- with
no evidence (that I know of) that using more force is better than
using less force. This is not at all unlike MD-obstetricians being
invested in GRUESOME spinal manipulations - even lying to cover-up the
birth-canal-closing criminal negligence that renders these spinal
manipulations ABSOLUTELY CONTRAINDICATED.
>>>>>END ROSNER'S RESPONSE TO GASTALDO
I do not know why Rosner is remaining silent.
As I noted in my previous reply this thread...
To my way of thinking Rosner and the profession are doing me great
psychological violence and babies great PHYSICAL violence by
withholding the information, as in,
"[Withholding] information by restricting scholarly exchange...[is a
form
of]...psychological violence."
--Ralph Crawshaw, MD. Academic sanction: targeting South African
science. JAMA 1989;262(11):1499-1503
I also indicated in my previous reply this thread that I had just
asked the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to order the government to
stop the birth crime.
The Ninth Circuit ignored my plea - babies be damned.
The judiciary has been behaving badly in other matters as well - for
example promoting the widespread municipal practice of forcing
children to drink extremely dilute hazardous waste including arsenic
and lead...
*THE* fluoride lie (the HHS/CDC/EPA version; also: the QUILES faucet
fraud)
http://groups.google.com/group/misc.health.alternative/msg/f4e80e68bb8139c3
Incidentally, there is now Harvard evidence that forcing children to
drink extremely hazardous waste with arsenic and lead may be causing
LIMB AMPUTATIONS and/or DEATH in some boys - yet judges are silent.
And how about the notion that forcing people to drink extremely dilute
hazardous waste might be causing MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN long before
"crippling skeletal fluorosis" sets in?
WHERE ARE THE CHIROPRACTORS?
