Any Ideas?
Stu,
This is an IRPStackSize problem, and it's quite well known.

George,
We can't advise "many people", we can only do this one person at a time. And
each person has to try several values.
The default is 15. The instructions say to start at the current value (or the
default if no current value), and increase by 3, until reaching a maximum
(supposedly 50). Don't give up at 18, or 21, or whatever. There's no one
solution, it's trial and error, unfortunately. And each trial is different.
