code 8007066F when installing the update for 2007 Microsoft Office

Windows update fails with a 'code 8007066F when installing the update for the
2007 Microsoft Office system (KB967642)

These codes are usually specif so has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?

1. Insert your Office 2007 CD into the appropriate drive bay before
attempting to install KB967642 again; or...

2. Install the full-file version manually:

Looks liks KB967642 has been pulled, BroMow, but the other 2 are keepers for
sure!

I have been having this problem as well installing Office SP1 update. I
tried the fix in the articles given and it has not made a difference. I
have Vista Home Premium SP2 64 bit I downloaded and ran the MS patch
from the article with no change. Any ideas?
