Hi everyone, I cannot send or reply from one of the Hotmail accounts I use.
The other (3) are fine, no problem, just this one. I receive emails to this
account, but if I try to respond, I get an error message.

And what might the error message be?

Where you previously able to send via Outlook Express on this Hotmail
account?

Yes, I have using this hotmail account in Outlook Express for about 5 years
with no problems whatsoever. The error message is as follows:
Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password are
correct. Account: '15Hotmail email;
Server:'http://services.msn.com/svsc/hotmailhttpmail.asp; Protocol: httpmail,
Server Response;'forbidden, Port:0,Secure(ssl):no,Errornumber:0x800ccc33
Boy I sure hope that you can help me out here.

You've had *this* account (15Hotmail) running successfully in OE for 5 years
or just the other three?

Windows version?

IE Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Sites (or Custom) > type in

hotmail.com

and Allow Cookies.

Thank you for your post.
I have been writing back and forth to Hotmail technical support and it was
suggested to me that I should change some settings under Privacy and site
list. I did what I was told and guess what? It worked. It was Zone Alarm Pro
5 that was causing this trouble. I had to allow 3rd party cookies. If anyone
else has the problem that I have been having for days now, maybe I could send
along the instructions to fix Zone Alarm settings. Let me know and thanks
again.

You're accessing this newsgroup via the web interface. I'm using the OE
newsreader. While messages in both are from the same server, sometimes it
"burps" for NNTP newsreader users. It would appear from the comments of
others than the servers were having "issues" over the past 24 hours.
