protocol buffer interface for App Engine's memcache support

Somebody asked on the App Engine list about getting App Engine's protocol buffer API service interface definition files released, now that protocol buffers are open source.  I asked if I could release the memcache service (which I worked on) and was told to go for it.

So, if anybody's curious about memcache on App Engine, here's the interface:
