Crowdsourcing: Picture/diagram of recommended polygons for holes in objects

Hi all,

A long time ago I saw a diagram, I believe it was kind of a dark gray
image, perhaps created in Sketchup or Blender, that showed design hole
diameters and recommended polygons for each to avoid the extra plastic
being deposited in a small hole problem. Such as 1-3mm hexagon, 4-8mm
octagon, etc.

Do you remember this picture? Do you have a copy? Do you know where
I can find it on the net?

Kudos and a blog mention to whoever can help a brother out. :)

Dude, thank you!!! That's even better than I was hoping for!
BTW, it was really really great to meet you IRL at Botacon! Hanging
out with you guys basically made me want to quit my job and move my
family east.
