I've ordered a food preservative from eBay. It didn't arrive for two weeks. Filed a complaint before the 30 day grace period ended. I even tried to contact the seller beforehand. No response. EBay did the same with no luck either. Got my money refunded. A couple of months later, I surprisingly received the product from the seller free of charge with an apology letter. I'm not saying this happens regularly. The first for me. I was just glad I filed the complaint in time. Because in the past, I learned the hard way.
