Lower Haight is holding a *community meeting* regarding safety in the hood
on *Wednesday, July 18, from 7 - 8:30 PM @ the Peacock Lounge* on the 500
block of Haight Street.
Both of our Captains from Park & Northern will be there along with Chief
Suhr...please attend and bring your neighbors. The police have to hear from
us regarding crime is up in our community & it's NOT okay.
We need community numbers to get our point across, the large squeaky wheel
really does work to get action from the City.
*Please spread the word for this meeting*, we want to make sure the police
address our safety concerns and know we'll work with them to create a safe
and caring neighborhood.

Also been a number of vehicle breakins lately.
