Is the help link on the top bar the contextual help or is it still the top
help menu?  Have you just not dealt with that button (and the preferences
button) on the tool bar yet?
I think it would be really good to have a contextual help icon that is more
universal than the life preserver (I always wonder how people who live in
land locked places interpret that one).
