Set roles, Groups, Users ???

I read about SPENGO but it is good for intranet or desktop applications I guess.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Your post doesn't make much sense and it will be difficult until you make it
clear what you need, tried and failed with.

Well, actually, I had a look at the web forum and he had detailled question.
