Hello all,
I'm not sure what to tell Natalie about these festivals...
So Cath is free on the 7th. Lewis is free on the 6th, but I'm not sure it makes sense for him to alone, without anyone from last year's Hackney Harvest crew. Unless anyone else can free themselves, we may just not have the capacity to go? What do you all think? I'm not sure you fancy manning a stall alone Cath?....doesn't sound like much fun....
Please let me know- I think I should let Natalie know either way this week, these events are just over 10 days away, and we haven't had contact with her for a while.
Carina.

    Hello All,

We had a really successful plum harvest in Haggerston at the weekend.

Great that you're free on the 7th Cath- anyone else for the 7th and/or
6th? Lewis I think can make the 6th. Niki, Liz, Tom? I'll let Natalie know
who's coming this week on Thursday.

We've printed out an A1 map of Hackney to bring with us, which we thought we
could put on board and get people to pin fruit tree locations. We'll also
print some Hackney Harvest flyers- Jamie, could you send our way? We've also
    got some more laminated pictures.

It may be worth getting the last plums at Haggerston those days to bring on
    the day.

Niki- what's the job? Nice one.

    Carina.

Carina

I volunteered to do either 6th or 7th (7th is now much better for me).

Hello all
Sorry for not being very responsive, I am on a Greek island with very scarce access to internet!
As I said previously, I'm free on either Saturday or Sunday. I'm afraid I won't be able to do both days as it will be my first week at my new job - Project Coordinator working with Tristram Stuart (www.tristramstuart.co.uk) on his food waste campaigns.
I'm flexible on whether to do the 6th or 7th, just let me know which day you think is best and once I am back (on the 2nd of August) I will be online and available for more organisational details.

Sounds like Liz and I could do 7th and Niki and Lewis could do 6th.

I'd suggest we agree some set times for the stall with Natalie as
well. Both festivals run til quite late in the evening and if there's
only 2 of us manning the stalls it will be a bit epic doing a 12 hour
shift! How about we agree to run til 6pm or something like that? Does
that seem reasonable?
