What version number is printed in the About tab of the Growl
preference pane?

Try changing your default style to one of the other styles listed in
the menu. Does it work then?

What applications are you expecting to notify?

Some applications that are registerd to Growl are:
Growl Mail
iChat
Hardware Growl
Adium (using adium's visual prefrence for display notifications
Safari
Camino
Moodblast (This application works using Growl as of today on my eMac)

Only Moodblast works for me.....

Does growl have any system preference file I can delete so I can start
fresh? I did uninstall and reinstall but still same old preferences.
Also I do note when going into the Growl Preference panel it freezes
constinley when I am in the display option panel.

More probably, it found you. This *is* a mailing list; unless you've
deliberately chosen to join the group but not receive emails, you get
everything.

Please don't speculate.

That destroys the indentation. The Sampling page has instructions on
how to deliver the sample to us; please follow those instructions.
