I originally thought it was a ground-up over-restoration like what permeates the vintage motorcycle scene.

Worth more then money, the finish on this bike does not look right. Can you imagine seeing a whole show room filled with Raleighs like this. I think I would fall down! It not only looks as if it hasent been ridden, (As you can see, its missing its chain from the open gearcase shots) but it even looks as if its never been moved (From the fender tail shots.) It must have been kept in a dust free room. Total WOW!

I agree 100%, but they claim it was as delivered and never used - I'm sceptical, or example: why?
