seeking specific cable stop style and a few cable spliters

Great hive-mind, I hope someone can tell me where to get 3 or 4 of these cable stops in the attached picture from ceeway

# LA 46C1...    I could ask ceeway, but since I'm in Oregon and there are unpredictible tarrif grintches loose upon the land, I wonder if there are any better options ?

I also want a couple cable-splitters for take-apart bike cables, seeking suggested sources on these, also...

Google DaVinci cable splitters.  Available from

many places.  On the cable stops, tariff from UK is something like 20% - of a small dollar amount.  It’s a cost of doing business today.
