Ubuntu 11.04 (natty) and Firefox

I had problems with Firefox 9 and 10 and tha latest Firebug 1.9.1
(also with 1.9.0 and 1.8.x). I am working on Ubuntu 11.04 (natty), but
this also happens on my work computer with Ubuntu 10.10.
Console logs were not working from within closures, Mootools classes,
etc.
When I downgraded to Firefox 8.0.1 and Firebug 1.8.4 everything works
just fine...

So, for now, I am sticking to older versions in hope that some good
soul finds a solution to this mess...

The good soul is there, it just needs detailed steps to reproduce the problem.
Could you please provide that?

I'm trying to put together a simple demo of the setup that is causing
me trouble, but it's not working out. It seems that only in my complex
application I can reliably reproduce the problem.
Please, be patient, I'm still trying...

I'm seeing the same thing with Ubuntu 10.04. Will you take a look at a
sample page and see if you get the 5 console.log lines to print? The
javascript is very simple, but still 3 lines of the output are not
showing up for me in FF 9.0.1 and FB 1.9.1.
