Annoncement: FBReader 0.8.9

Hello All,

new version 0.8.9 is available at http://www.fbreader.org. Several
minor bugs have been fixed, and 1 critical bug has been fixed too: an
infinite loop in painting long words without hyphenations, see
http://groups.google.com/group/fbreader/browse_thread/thread/e6293a4c7a3297e
.

Also we've added new option 'Always use windows-1252 encoding instead
of iso8859-1. This is fix for an issue with several incorrect files,
see http://www.fbreader.org/mantis/view.php?id=64 .

Yup =)
It could be avoided if you use a version control system and/or do release candidates..
This way I could test the build before you make a release.
