Google+ circles

Part of me would like to join EduMOOC circles ... but it might also be
as overwhelming as notices from FB were before I figured out how to
turn those off (I don't really use FB). 2,500 people generate a lot of
traffic! But esp if there is a librarian's circle going, please add

figure out how to make the profile link be a name instead of that
number. :(

Ah, but there is a way to make a link with a name rather than a
number! Go to http://gplus.to/ and follow the directions. Please note
that it is not associated with Google, just a cool resource that
someone came up with in response to that particular need.
