I can second all of Mel's comments. A good meeting. It was
especially nice to see Clinton amongst us again! I don't have an
extract cream ale recipe myself, so we will have to do some research
unless someone has a favorite recipe they would like us to make a kit
for. Cream ale is a nice beer for someone who hasn't sampled home
brew before. With a bit of cold conditioning, it is almost a lager!
Especially if you ferment it at the lower limit of your ale yeast.
If we dont get any recommendations, we will come up with something!
