Help needed with a Toshiba 160Gb 2.5" SATA HDD password please

Hi all

I have a Toshiba 2.5" HDD with a password lock. Customer can't remember the PW and asking Toshiba for help proofed fruitless. Does any one have a password unlock utility for this drive?

I've tried the apps on Hiren's boot CD but not winning at all.

Help and advice will be appreciated....

You will need a FW tool to remove password.

Could also try http://www.hdd-tools.com/products/rrs/drives/toshiba/
