EtherUSB 0.06 available

A new version of EtherUSB is now available for download. Changes in
version 0.06 include:

* Basic Asix AX88772 support added.
* Basic MosChip MCS7830 support added.
* ADMtek Pegasus support.
* Fix to serious bug causing aborts when RMKilling module.

Thanks go to Jeffrey Lee for adding support for Pegasus based devices.

EtherUSB is a network driver for USB ethernet devices. It requires a
DeviceFS USB API as used by RISC OS 5. The driver supports a variety
of chips and can control multiple USB ethernet devices simultaneously.
