Bugzillia Bug report on edmack.856 text editor program
edmack.856 provides command tail opening of files
on Windows 98 and wine only. ( GetCommandLineA )
edmack.856 provides clipboard READ support on
Windows 98 only. ( lpClip=GetClipBoardData(7);
***ERROR*** edmack.856 fails to read linux+wine clipboard.

Windows 98 and wine and ReactOS.  OK.

Adding Clipboard mode 13 in addition to earlier modes
to ReadClipboard. When using mode 13 minimize sender instead
of closing it to enable edmack to read clipboard before closing
sender.
Clipboard mode   operating system
1                Windows 98 SE
13               wine + linux
13               ReactOS
Now that ReactOS can run the new edmack.858 version of
edmack.asm text editor and use the command line argument for opening
files and
read the clipboard even in ReactOS it seems like ReactOS
has been upgraded.
