Only pass the GASOLINE TAX and the oil severance TAX and NO OTHER
tax or fees......
Dear California Voters: Saturday, December 10,2011
Argument Against taxing the RICH:
Almost all RICH PEOPLE are LANDLORDS who will raise
the rent of every poor tennant who dares to vote to tax
the rich and rent control ordinances have loopholes that
allow landlords to increase the rate of rent increases
to recover the entire costs of increased taxation
FROM EVERY POOR TENNANT.
Poor tennants are the ones who will PAY the entire
cost of any tax the rich ballot proposition.
Is it fair to INCREASE THE RENT on every tennant
so California can WASTE trillions of additional
dollars ??
....
Argument Against sales tax increases:
General Sales tax increases are regressive and hurt
poor people even more than rich people. Even food
is often taxed with a sales tax increase. Many poor
people are unable to cook and have to buy TAXED
food at fast food places.
Should poor people really pay more for food so
California can waste even more money ??
....
Argument against mandatory health insurance:
Mandatory health insurance is the most unfair burden
possible on poor people because its very high MINIMUM COST
costs poor people a much higher percentage of income
than rich people. Poor people are UNABLE TO AFFORD
HEALTH INSURANCE!!
Do a majority of voters really want poor people to
buy health insurance instead of continuing to pay rent
and have to live the rest of their lives on the lawn
of City hall ??
....
Argument IN FAVOR of GASOLINE TAXES:
Very High Gasoline taxes are extremely constitutional
and fair because driving is only a PRIVELEGE and not a right
even in the state of California!!
The Driving PRIVELEGE can BE TAXED by very high gasoline
taxes that are desperately needed to raise revenue for
the California State General Fund.
The biggest reason to vote for the highest increase possible
in gasoline taxes is because those high gasoline taxes will
REDUCE THe AMOUNT OF DRIVING that is done by poor people
and that will make pedestrians safer even if a lot of that
money will be wasted by the State of California.
....
If the gasoline tax fails to make it on the ballot or
fails to pass it will be neccessarry to CLOSE a MAJORITY
of Californias Community Colleges.
Community Colleges that are not safe for pedestrians
WILL BE THE FIRST TO BE CLOSED. If and when California needs
to save money community colleges that have paved over
previously existing grass lawns and built concrete driveways
where grass used to be or built new streets to new buildings
WITHOUT SEPERATE RAISED SIDEWALKS FOR PEDESTRIANS will
ALL BE CLOSED as soon as the state legislature needs to save
money!!
It is very important for community colleges that have
paved over lawns and installed concrete immediatley
REMOVE THAT CONCRETE NOW and stop driving where those
lawns were. Eventually replant the grass on the dirt between
semesters. Also install seperate raised sidewalks with raised
curbs on every new street at community colleges. There are
some teachers who do not want to be laid off who can
demand the removal of concrete from the ground that used to
be covered with grass. It is unfair to require every student
to always walk in the traffic to get to every class at
community college.
........
It is unfair to limit the number of attempts to pass a hard
math class to only three attempts for every student. If students
are wasting financial aid the limitations should only apply
to student financial aid and not to every student.
The first year of High School algebra or Math 115 should
be a pre-requisite to be completed BEFORE applying for
student financial aid or a fee waiver.
