Hi all

I have been trying to install circos and I haven't been successful. The
only library that I'm having problems with is GD. I have tried everything,
even

Hello Martin,

I seem to be having the same issue with the GD library. I cannot install
the GD, GD::Image, or GD::Polyline module from cpan. Everytime I try to
install the GD image I get the error "Could not find gdlib-config in the
search path. Please install libgd 2.0.28 or higher.", but when I go to look
for it online I cannot find it. Is there a direct link that you know of for
the library?

Hi all,

I ran into a similar problem, downloaded the gd-libdg but am unable to
install it (on configure file).
I tried this https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2815917?start=15&tstart=0
but it did not work.

Hello Martin,

I have the same problem as Alejandro and I tried this

well as other various tips, as well as the libgd libraries.

gdlib-config --all confirms that I have GD 2.0.33.

I always fail GD compilation due to lipo: can't open input
file: tmp//ccdt4WYr.out (No such file or directory) and other errors of
this form.

Can you post the full error?

The lipo error means something has gone wrong upstream.
