What's wrong?

You may already notice all the download links we hosted in Google
code are blocked. Worse, the site was marked "Scheduled for deletion
due to Violation of TOS".

We believe this is due to a wrong result of Google code's auto-scan
process. We have tried to contact Google engineers to correct the
error. But so far there is no response, probably due to the new year
holidays.

Need your help

We are trying to correct the situation. But so far there is almost
nothing we can do except waiting Google's reaction. We need your help:

* Be patient. Stop asking why you cannot download the files. That
doesn't help.
* If you have channels to talk to Google guys, help talk to them.
* In the worst case, we may have to stop hosting the project in
Google code. If someone can donate servers and bandwidth to replace
the hosting, that's very appreciate.

Hi Chih-Wei,
Concerning the second point I have some contact at Google who might help. What do you need ? An introduction ?
For the third point, I 100% owned a company who could rent a hosted server dedicated to the Android-x86 project and donate it ; if that's something you're interested in, please just tell me what type of server and what bandwidth you need - if you know a specific hosting company/offering which suits your needs, that's even better.

Regards,
Dan.

One question might be - what is the violation tied to - who got the notice?

"Scheduled for deletion
due to Violation of TOS".

and along these lines....

what needs to be done to correct the "Violation of TOS".........???

does the "Violation of TOS" really exist or it it a google issue???

are you sure the issue isn't on google end as there was mention in
this forum
that others are having the same issue.....

also see: http://groups.google.com/group/google-code-hosting/topics

specifically:

adse...@calibre-ebook.com

Hi,

My project, http://code.google.com/p/calibre-ebook/ has been marked
for
deletion, due to violation of ToS. How have I violated the ToS. I have
been
hosting calibre, which is an open source (GPLv3) project on google
code for
years.

Maybe... there's been an automatic trigger for too much bandwidth/downloads ...?

Looking here https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!searchin/google-code-hosting/violation$20of$20TOS/google-code-hosting/sMJJH2V7ulo/qWqaau9vmrAJ

there are some automatic processes, It's important to discover what triggered the anomaly.
