Unmanageble project

Hello,
project created on google code from google account, then google
account removed. Procedure of account removal does not remove the
project. Project is left like zombie... What to do to remove the
zombie project?

Hello I'm jxva zan, and I have a problem with google code. I can not
access to my profile, and I can not see my favorite projects.
When I search for a project I get "Access Not Allowed" I saw that it

Removal of project 'pwm'

In trying to create a new project 'pwm', the previous owner of that
project (CC'd) generously moved his project elsewhere, and deleted the
pwm project (about a week ago) so that I could create a new project
named 'pwm'.

I can no longer add attachments under issues for kmttg project.
"Issue attachment storage quota exceeded"
I went and deleted all attachments in older issues but it did not help
to free up space (and all of them still have 'undelete' option). Is it
