OT: Reality vs Make-believe... continued. Challenge to Mikey.

Mikey lies about owning a house in Vegas. I could care less myself.
However, Mikey told me he'd be at my local Smith's grocery store at
the very time I was going to be there. I doubt he was counting on
that.
Needless to say, I didn't see him. And there's no way I could've
missed him, since I was standing right in front of the only entrance
at the self check out at the time he said he came through the door. Of
which I provided concrete evidence.
Mikey keeps making oddball rendezvous offers to me, as if I'm the
least bit interested in meeting him or finding out if he's really a
resident of Las Vegas. Now if Mikey thinks I'm going out of my way for
him to establish something about himself, he's nuts. However, if he
wants to meet up with me at wherever I'm going to be anyways, that's
up to him. I'm not going to wait around for him or look around for
him. It's up to him to find me.
His purpose in hooking up with me is to once and for all is to set the
record straight regarding him being a Vegas resident. So he'll need to
have some empirical proof of residency, like a recent Nevada Energy
bill/stub et al. He can black out or cover the street address if he
wishes. It's all up to him. The burden of proof lies with him and him
alone.
As for me, by happenstance I handed my drivers license to Donna to
examine.
I'm sure nearly everyone in AVLV considers her to be an impeccably
reliable witness.
Again, the burden of proof lies with Mikey. I will give him several
opportunities to meet up with me in the Spring Valley area, wherever I
happen to be at the time, somewhere between the hours of 4:00 PM to
7:00 PM, which is when I make my errands or gab a bite. Smith’s, the
library, Pep Boys, Starbuck’s, Wendy’s wherever. Future announcements
of where I can be found, will be made here daily at around 3:30 PM to
4:00 PM.

former business partner who lives in Atlanta. What I did say was that I rent
it at an ungodly low rare. But that is because I have fixed and upgraded a
lot of this house. It is not a fancy house, but meets all my needs. I am
done with two story homes and huge air conditioning bills. In fact I do not
own any house anywhere at this time. I pretty much have the advantage over
my business partner (although I hadn't planned to) in renting this house.
He can't sell it at a good price right now and he knows it. He also doesn't
want to live in it but doesn't want it empty either.
2. I am keeping as much as my assets in cash, precious metals and selected
investments. I am also DEBT FREE. I still own a part of the strip mall in
Henderson along with others and my sister now runs The Masarsky Group in
Florida. We are also selling Galloway (finally) as it is too much for my
stepmother to handle alone. Changes will be more cosmetic as my stepmom
plans to continue working part time there---just not as the owner.
3. I do have to go to Smiths today. I was going to go at 1 pm but I can
wait till 4 pm when my GF gets home. I can also stop off at the Wendys.
(Sahara and Arville?)
4. Sorry, but I am not handing you my DL (which is still from CA) as I live
there in Burbank just as much as living here. I have however purchased car
insurance in NV from AARP to be in compliance with the law since the Toyota
is parked here more often. I at times said I MAY become a resident of NV
but never really became one. I have been very clear on that. Living here
and being a RESIDENT here are two different things. But I still pay taxes
to CA (and boy do I pay taxes!) I don't see the purpose of being a resident
here at this time and now with GF simi retired we will probably not be in
Las Vegas as much either.
5. I do indeed own a Goldwing bike and currently am restoring a 1988 Jeep.
But you do have a nice bike.
6. I am not nuts. When you got money they call it eccentric.
And finally you care very much about what I do and where I live or you would
have started this new feud. But this is fun. I will be at Smith again
today and will even keep the receipt. LOL!

who magically figured out a way to get you a California proof of
