Mikey keeps making oddball rendezvous offers to me, as if I'm the
least bit interested in meeting him or finding out if he's really a
resident of Las Vegas. Now if Mikey thinks I'm going out of my way for
him to establish something about himself, he's nuts. However, if he
wants to meet up with me at wherever I'm going to be anyways, that's
up to him. I'm not going to wait around for him or look around for
him. It's up to him to find me.
His purpose in hooking up with me is to once and for all is to set the
record straight regarding him being a Vegas resident. So he'll need to
have some empirical proof of residency, like a recent Nevada Energy
bill/stub et al. He can black out or cover the street address if he
wishes. It's all up to him. The burden of proof lies with him and him
alone.
As for me, by happenstance I handed my drivers license to Donna to
examine.
I'm sure nearly everyone in AVLV considers her to be an impeccably
reliable witness.
Again, the burden of proof lies with Mikey. I will give him several
opportunities to meet up with me in the Spring Valley area, wherever I
happen to be at the time, somewhere between the hours of 4:00 PM to
7:00 PM, which is when I make my errands or gab a bite. Smith’s, the
library, Pep Boys, Starbuck’s, Wendy’s wherever. Future announcements
of where I can be found, will be made here daily at around 3:30 PM to
4:00 PM.

Henderson along with others and my sister now runs The Masarsky Group in
Florida. We are also selling Galloway (finally) as it is too much for my
stepmother to handle alone. Changes will be more cosmetic as my stepmom
plans to continue working part time there---just not as the owner.
3. I do have to go to Smiths today. I was going to go at 1 pm but I can

4. Sorry, but I am not handing you my DL (which is still from CA) as I live
there in Burbank just as much as living here. I have however purchased car
insurance in NV from AARP to be in compliance with the law since the Toyota
is parked here more often. I at times said I MAY become a resident of NV
but never really became one. I have been very clear on that. Living here
and being a RESIDENT here are two different things. But I still pay taxes
to CA (and boy do I pay taxes!) I don't see the purpose of being a resident
here at this time and now with GF simi retired we will probably not be in
Las Vegas as much either.

But you do have a nice bike.
6. I am not nuts. When you got money they call it eccentric.

Life is very good here.

Most people won't remember this but Sadamm Hussein challenged Dubya to

out on Pappy Bush. Imagine instead if Dubya had bravely accepted,
hundreds of thousands of lives would've been saved and regardless of

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just meet up me while I'm shopping at Smith's today
between 4:50 and 5:10 with proof of residency like a Las Vegas, NV
utility statement with your name on it or whatever. That's all.
Nothing complicated. I'll be wearing a gray t-shirt with a red collar.
Tomorrow’s opportunity will be posted sometime around 3:00 to 4:00.

Mikey, you just don't seem to get it. The burden of proof is yours and
yours alone.
It is up to you to meet up with me, not the other way around.
I will let you in on where I'll be in Spring Valley on a daily basis.
Either you show, and show proof of residency, or you forfeit. It's as
simple as that. And it makes no never mind to me whatsoever one way or
another. I'm just providing you with an opportunity.

You did say you owned a house in the Lakes, but there is no record of
that, which might explain why people call you a liar. Ace is asking you
for proof that you live here. Proof like a cable bill in your name, or a
gas or electric bill in your name. Easy for anyone who lives here to
come up with, but not for you.

Good. You can kill 2 birds with one grocery store visit. Prove you live

So, you live in California, and have your Toyota licensed in California,
but pay a higher insurance rate to a Las Vegas licensed insurance agent
who magically figured out a way to get you a California proof of
insurance statement from a Nevada licensed insurance company. Right.
Didn't you tell ChuckK and Berman you had become a Nevada resident? I
seem to recall something about you 'establishing residency' and the time
frame you had to wait to do so.

This is the exact area I pinned your rented room down to several months ago.
You live in a 40 year old cinder block house on Pioneer Ave; the absolute
heart of The Barrio. Why would a rich man such as yourself choose to live
in a high crime, seedy, down and out, totally non-English speaking
neighborhood? Does your imaginary GF enjoy banging the local cholos?

Why, indeed? And why would his successful partner own a house in that

Why does your "successful" partner own a house in the ghetto? No
wonder he can't sell it. What idiot would buy a home in the ghetto?
Even illegals wouldn't buy a home there. $500 a month is too much for
that dump.

Huh? You have your DL in CA - primary addy - yet have insurance in
NV? Sure you do. I have my homes and car here in NM insured through
NV, where I can pay twice as much.

You just contradicted yourself with 2 sentences. You pay MORE taxes
in CA (state taxes), yet NV has NO state taxes. And you still don't
see why you're not a resident in NV? What a maroon.

Funny thing about the 'commercial property' is that he has claimed it
to be in 3 different places: Vegas, Green Valley, and Henderson.

I know. But why specifically mention GV when he mentioned Henderson a
million times? And Henderson/GV is not in Vegas, so why say that too?
That's like me saying I live in L.A. when I really live in Santa
Monica. Same area, completely different city. So, if I say I own a
home in L.A., then Santa Monica, then Brentwood, that's a little
weird.

Huh? Big who? :>)

According to the local Spring Valley edition of the LVRJ that the non
speaking guy tosses on my lawn, I live in a pretty low crime area.
Besides, maybe it is because my partner has owned this house since 1995 and
is black? (Is that a bad thing?)
Geez, for a Nazi and Beener, you sure are a bigoted muther fuck.
But you are right. Columbian is on one side and that damn negro from
Buffalo is on the other. Across the street are two Chink families. But
the bastard owns a boat, so what is up with that? (Must be a drug dealer.)
But the neighbors now say, "Who is the little hot bitch with the nice cans
driving the Mini Cooper?" OR "When is he going to finally fix that stupid
Jeep?" OR "Damn JEW. Only bastard on the whole block who doesn't have
Christmas lights!"
