Thomas "Jennifer" Usher is a �man who lives in San Francisco's �Mission
Hotel which is a city-sponsored, case managed hotel for the indigent.
He claims to have had a sex change but considering his income level
that is very doubtful.
The Mission Hotel has been described by the SF Weekly newspaper as
�"The Vice Hotel" and is primarily a hang out for drug dealers and

Usher claims to have had surgical sex reassignment in Thailand and is
now a woman. �He has been photographed with arms and face covered with
bed-bug sores:

He is usually shunned from most transgendered web sites but as he has
little education and only sub-par intelligence he is absolutely immune
to reason, sarcasm or social embarrassment of any form what so ever.
�He has posted that acts the way that he does the above because he was
"bullied" as a child and he "refuses to be bullied" any longer.
For many years Usher had claimed to be a transvestite and wrote
exceedingly bad written pieces of Transvestite fetish fiction that
dealt with sado-masochistic state sponsored violence towards woman. �
Super.
He published his TV fiction for a time on his own website along with
ENDLESS picture of himself in very inappropriate dresses. �
Prior to Usher's recent employment in California, he existed either on
welfare or on the graces of his significant (usually gay) lover �for
most of his adult life.
Usher spends an ENORMOUS amount of time in the internet, �He has become
a self-appointed voice of what he sees as transsexual "rights" and
"standards" as to who is or is not a transsexual. �He believes himself
to be a "true transsexual" and has been caught posting under that
pseudonym.
His habit is to extensively post back two or three posts for every one
posted about him denying in excruciating detail why he thinks a poster
is wrong about him. Write one post to him telling him that you believe
that he is incorrect about something and he will write from three to
four back to you telling you why YOU are wrong about him. �

Thomas appears completely unaware of his deplorable living conditions
and spends most of his time writing Usenet messages on the
transgendered newsgroups with three basic themes:
1. How much of a success he his since his (presumed) sex-change surgery.
2. How wonderful a life he leads in San Francisco.
3. His peculiar ideas on just who is and who is not actually a woman.
In point of fact Thomas has written over 68,000 Usenet messages in the
last seven years :
He appears to be employed part-time as an administrative �assistant by
a department at UCSF that seals with STDs in the transgendered
population.

Prior to his posting career in the transgendered newsgroups Thomas
portrayed himself as a young "hacker" boy named "Tommy" while he was
still 35 years of age (reference above). �Creepy at best.
