Yes: I admit to my defects and deficiencies - which is a indication that I can
be honest and forthright about myself - and this test lends some substance to that
speculation.

When was the last time that YOU YOURSELF admitted to any defect or deficiency?

>Its just one more reason why I cannot understand why you seem to think
>you "know it all", ...

I don't know what gives you the impression that I seem to think that I "know it all"
 - so I surmise that it's another part of your own delusion.

I don't and never did "know it all" - and I've posted CONSISTENTLY that I'm
never certain of anything - as it's one of the most basic philosophies by which
I live my life: "Nothing is certain, and anything is possible."

... and reality - as well as the future - should be viewed in probabilistic terms.

It was something that I featured prominently on my website.

> ... when its clear that you have much less experiences
>in life then many of the others here, including myself, a non-aspie,
>do.

If you'd bothered to do any research on the matter, you'd know that Asperger's
Syndrome has nothing to do with cognitive abilities - but with social abilities
 - so you flaunt your ignorance yet again within this group. That I'm not able
to function proficiently within social situations has nothing at all to do with my
cognitive abilities. AAMOF, a lot of "Aspies" are usually noted for their "nerdish"
intelligence - there is often some correlation.

Once again: Experience means nothing when you don't learn from it - as you've not
learned anything from yours - as you've proven with most of the posts that you've
made to this group.

A recent example from another thread:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- =-=-

This is exactly what I meant by your inability to learn from your experiences
(as I mentioned in my other post that I just made within the "Idealistic Update"
thread).

With your response to this obvious troll, you've suggested to him/her that
she/he should commit suicide, which makes it apparent enough that she/he has
agitated you with her/his post - which was his/her objective all along: You've
done exactly what the troll wanted you to do - you've responded with rancor
 - belying your annoyance - you've fed the troll.

People who have been posting to Usenet for as long as you have usually gain
the savvy to recognize a troll when they see it - they learn about trolls eventually
 - and they learn that the worst thing that they can do (from the troll's
perspective) would be to ignore it - yet you've dimwittedly fed the troll.

You simply can't learn - as you don't have the capacity.

Too bad for poor, ol' Hardpan.
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- =-=-

>Clue You don't know as much as you think you do, SS.

Can you cite any specifics?

... or should I just dismiss this as more of your unsubstantiated BS?

One thing that you can't seem to comprehend is that any claims to having any
personal attributes (such as "experience") doesn't mean a damn thing if you can't
make rational observations and posit well-reasoned positions. IOW: Making any claims
to having superior "experience" doesn't give you any credentials - no automatic
credence WRT anything that you post to this group - sorry.

I can understand the reasons WHY you would want to make it somehow relevant,
as you don't have what it takes to do what it takes.

I read this with a great sense of irony as it comes from arguably the
dimmest poster in this forum. From his laughably mysogynistic posts
which only serve to strengthen the hand of women to his entirely
unnuanced views on law enforcement and history, "Hardpan" represents
to me that particular brand of unthinking trog that one would expect
to find throwing himself down in worship of any dogma that salves his
blinkered views.

Thank you Largo for that very perceptive and accurate observation

You seem to have both Aspie and neurotypical traits.

So, is that normal, or not?

It depends on what you might consider "normal" to be.

Personally, I don't believe that there's any such thing.

I wouldn't worry about it too much - your score isn't anything that
would indicate a serious problem.

Goodness.  The questions on this thing were specific.  I never
considered it before.  I just thought I was weird.

Your Aspie score: 139 of 200
Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 85 of 200
You are very likely an Aspie
