Ken first appeared in apas ranting about remailers because in the
course of one of his meltdowns he ran into someone exactly like
him, David Moore. These two were tailor made for each other. Both
lost accounts during their verbal battles, but Moore took the
biggest hit. Tired of losing accounts when Ken complained in their
ongoing flamefest, he took to the remailers.
Ken came in demanding that the remops halt the activity. The
problem was that at this time none of it was abuse of the net. Ken
was just attempting again to win a flame war by account term. What
he complained about was nothing that Ken wasn't also doing in their
flamefest. Needless to say remops did nothing. This infuriated
Ken.
He started accusing remops and remailers of every evil he could
imagine. Unfortunately, during this David wrongly concluded that
he had backing of the remops and took to forging kens e-mail
address. This was abuse and David handed a legit gripe to Ken.
Yet many remops, already tired of the lies and other typical Ken
behavior were now not motivated to jump up and help him. They'd
been on the receiving end of his lies too long.
Some did address the abuse, blocking kens e-mail from being able to
be used as a from address (forged). Some did nothing. Others
continued to argue with Ken. At this point Ken couldn't see that
the remailers are all comprised of individual unconnected servers
and that they are not one large organization. He won't listen when
anyone attempts to explain either.
Even that some did block his e-mail from being able to be forged
wasn't good enough for Ken. He also demanded from them that any
mention of his name should be blocked as well. He wouldn't listen
when told this wasn't possible, they had blocked his email being
forged and that meant to him that it was possible to block any
mention of the name Ken Pangborn too.
Here is a good example of Ken taking a little truth and twisting it
into a lie. He quickly began screaming about how remops said it
was COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE (sorry about caps, that is Ken speak) but
he proved it wasn't because some had done it! The little truth
being it's possible to block a forgery and then applying the answer
to the demand that all mention of him be blocked equals the lie
that remops said it was completely impossible to block a forgery.
Even a little truth becomes a lie when Ken repeats it.
During the course of his tirades Ken kept demanding that anyone
show one legit use of remailers, just one. He claimed that
remailers served no legit purpose and only existed to promote
abuse. He claimed nobody could prove him wrong with even one
example of a legit use. Someone posted about how remailers were
used in restrictive countries. This spawned his "REMOPS CLAIM TO
SAVE ALL OF AFGHANISTAN" tirades, which morphed further into the
strawman about how Afghanistan didn't even have Internet.
Ken continued demanding that anyone show one legit use of remailers
even as people did. He used nearly every one someone gave as
fodder for another lie. For example, someone said that cotse gave
free accounts residents of battered women's shelters. This wasn't
even related as cotse isn't a remailer, but Ken still took that
answer and turned it into the lie of "REMOPS CLAIM TO SAVE MILLIONS
OF BATTERED WOMEN". This is typical of Ken Pangborn, so typical
that it must be a compulsion.
When called on it he'll sometimes claim he was "exaggerating for
effect", but everyone in here has noted his tirades and have seen
his trademarks. It's a compulsion. Other times he launches a
diversion tirade. One thing in all of this is a demonstrated
certainty, whether on purpose or because he cannot help it, 99.9%
of what comes out of Ken's mouth is a lie. That man is not capable
of the truth and has clearly demonstrated this fact.
Please end the thirteen year old flamewar and kill file him, you
miss nothing but lies. In doing so you'll also save the rest of us
from having to see the same long dull threads arguing Ken's
continuous stream of lies.

I asked REMOPS to change that they ALLOWED impersonations. The initial
response was to claim that it was "IMPOSSIBLE" ( a claim which insults the
intellect of anyone who knows anything about code). It was not only NOT
"impossible" it was EASY to change. And when some REMOPS recognized the
abuses and DID change, changing TWO LINES of code, remailer users turned
their harassment to them. Eelbash being one. The second response from the
REMOPS and users was to make grandiose claims of all the noble deeds of

Yes the claims of saving battered women and getting info in and out of
oppressed nations. In specific Afghanistan, North Korea, and Cuba. All of
which were UTTER BULLSHIT. First of all they never offered "PROOF" that they

of which were EASY to disprove. Part of it set me off in 2003 because the
claims about their clandestine operation in Cuba were so preposterous. I had
been to Cuba. The claims were INSANE. Cuba did NOT at that time have the

talk about Cuba. Even today only about 10% of the people have phone service.
The average Cuban worker earns about $10 a month. Before these IDIOTS shoot
their mouths off AGAIN claiming that people "bring them in:" for the Cuban
people. Until last year you could bring in a LAPTOP - however it was logged
and if you did not take it back out you were subject to arrest.
Now - let me again address the BULLSHIT. There were a limited number of
places where you could even hook up to the internet.
1. Extremely monitored government offices.
2. Hotels. (Those were forbidden to Cubans until 2008)
3. At SOME phone company offices and SOME post offices. BOTH highly
regulated and monitored.
While you COULD send international e-mail it was not (and presumably
still IS not) done in real time. The central net HUB is in Havana. Much like
primitive BBS systems, all MAIL goes to Havana to hit the net. EVERY piece
of mail is inspected several times before it is propagated. Also every Cuban
KNOWS this. In Cuba EVERY message can be TRACED to who sent it. These IDIOTS
debating this (Americans and Europeans) have NO CONCEPT of how the systems
operate in those countries. Any encrypted mail is certain to result in
somebody being "detained." These clowns have NO idea what that is like.

The British police sting that busted a pedophile network Monday of
more than 700 suspects in 35 countries stemmed in part from an ongoing
U.S. investigation of "molestation on demand" that spanned several
states here, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE).
The worldwide pedophile operation involved the abuse of at least 31
young children, some who were photographed and others who were
molested live on streaming video.
More than 15 of the tiny victims were in Britain, the British
government's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Center (CEOP)
found in its probe.
The children were rescued by British authorities, who have identified
and are investigating the 700 suspects — 200 of whom are based in
Britain, according to the CEOP. In addition to Britain and the United
States, Australia and Canada also took part in the investigation.
A British man, 27-year-old Timothy David Martyn Cox, ran a site used
for the sharing of the horrific images from his bedroom in Suffolk,
where he lived with his parents.

A judge sentenced Cox on Monday to an indefinite jail term.

The latest developments come on top of the 27 defendants in four
countries already charged in the case with the possession, receipt,
distribution and manufacture of child pornography, according to ICE.
Thirteen of them were in the United States, nine in Canada, three in
Australia and two in Great Britain. One of the 27 is a fugitive.
Of the 13 defendants charged in this country, two Springfield, Ill.,
men — 34-year-old Billy Joe Bowser and 49-year-old Anthony Adams —
have been convicted and sentenced, Bowser to the maximum of 20 years
behind bars and Adams to 19 years, the ICE reported last year, when
the indictments were handed down.
Both pleaded guilty in October 2006 to receiving, possessing and
transporting child pornography. Their sentences are without parole,
since there is no parole in the U.S. federal prison system.
The global network of pedophiles molested infants as young as only 2
months old, according to Ernie Allen, president of the National Center
for Missing and Exploited Children, which worked closely with law
enforcement agencies worldwide on the case.
"We're seeing that the victims are becoming younger and younger,"
Allen told FOXNews.com. In fact, he said, 39 percent of child
pornography offenders in this country have images of children under 6;
19 percent have images of kids younger than 3.
"These are crime scene photos. This memorializes the molestation of a
child," Allen said. "These images are inseparable from the physical
victimization of children."
Missing British toddler Madeleine McCann — who made international
headlines in early May after she disappeared in Portugal while she was
with her parents on vacation — may have been taken by an international
pedophile network, Portuguese authorities have theorized.
But there is no evidence to date to suggest that the ring nabbed by
British police kidnapped the 3-year-old, according to Allen — whose
organization has received numerous tips about Madeleine since she
vanished.
"I'm confident there's no connection with this case," Allen said.
"This [global] investigation has been going on a long time. It would
be speculation until we find the child. We've received leads and
sightings to follow up on, but to my knowledge, there's nothing that
gives anybody a strong sense of where she is and who took her."
In the American part of the global pedophile investigation, begun in
April 2005, undercover agents infiltrated a private Internet chat room
called "Kiddypics & Kiddyvids" that was used worldwide to trade
thousands of images of child pornography — including streaming videos
of live molestations — in part through peer-to-peer file sharing,
according to ICE.
The American probe was comprised of investigations in at least 11
states, resulting in the 13 indictments in nine states, the ICE
reported in March 2006, when U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales
announced the indictments.
Authorities found hordes of extremely disturbing images of
"molestation on demand," according to ICE.
In addition to Illinois, indictments were unsealed last March in
Tennessee, Michigan, Florida, Nevada, New York, Arizona and Hawaii and
also in North Carolina state court. Thirteen defendants were charged
with offenses including possession, distribution and receipt of child
pornography, according to ICE.
On Monday in Britain, Cox — who referred to himself as "Son of God" —
was sentenced to an indefinite jail term at Ipswich Crown Court after
he admitted to nine offenses of possessing or distributing obscene
photos of children. His sentence means he'll stay in prison until
authorities decide that he no longer poses a threat to minors.
Police found 75,960 explicit images on his computer and evidence that
he'd sent 11,491 such photographs and videos to other users. Cox was
arrested in September 2006.
Officers nabbed other pedophiles in the ring by continuing to run the
site under Cox's name after his arrest.
A man characterized as Cox's deputy, 33-year-old Gordon Mackintosh,
tried to restart the chat room in January, but British, American,
Canadian and Australian investigators again tapped into the operation
and thwarted it.
Mackintosh was arrested in January, after which agents impersonated
him online to find other perpetrators. He has pleaded guilty to 27
charges of making, possessing and distributing indecent images and
videos and is awaiting his sentence.
Twenty-four Canadian suspects have been arrested and seven children
rescued, a Canadian official told The Associated Press, but the time
period for that portion of the operation was longer than the 10 months
the British said their probe lasted.

I've been gone for months, only to look back in on the newsgroups and see

Also, my opinion is that people need to be made aware of Ken and his
tactics. There are men who are in bad legal situations, who might
otherwise make the mistake of hiring Ken based upon his false credentials.
I know for a fact that at least half a dozen men have read my materials and
decided NOT to send Ken money. Hopefully, they've gone on and hired
someone legitimate, rather than a fraud who purchased his education on the
internet and who seems lacking in even rudimentary legal concepts. If this
gets me labeled as a "kook" in some circles, I'm just fine with it!
