Palin Leaves Campaign Trail. Flees North
Well this is interesting. Chuck Todd dropped a little bombshell this
afternoon.

CHUCK TODD:Well Ron, We’ve been able to see that there are a few
folks who are saying [Palin is] actually going to hole up in Alaska
for a little, she’s got to see her son off who’s going to be deployed
to Iraq, so we may not see her on the campaign trail for a little
while.

RON ALLEN: Yes she hasn’t been home for a long time, and she’s
obviously got some business to deal with there.

Hole up in Alaska? I was thinking to myself after her polished but
snarky performance at the Republican National Convention,
“I wonder who will get the first interview?”

Because obviously, questions need to happen.

DRILL! DRILL! DRILL!

Todd Palin: Palin's advocacy dovetails neatly with his wife's No. 1
priority: forging a construction contract with private companies to
transport natural gas from the North Slope to the Lower 48. The export
of natural gas would presumably replace revenue from the state's
dwindling oil reserves, which funded 80 percent of the state budget
last year.

Interesting indeed, since McCain and Palin just appeared together in
Wisconsin.

Which is why the piece is couched in the present tense, and why they
waited for a "week or two" before saying anything.

Of course.

Mudflat is referring to a comment on Palin itinerary. I've also heard
elsewhere she will be heading to Alaska to prepare for her sons
deployment.

Far more interesting then nitpicking is learning about Alaska and
Palin's history. "Because obviously, questions need to happen". She
WOWed some people with a speech written for her. Her celebrity status
doesn't qualify her for veep. McCain continues to have judgement
issues.

"QUESTIONS NEED TO HAPPEN"
Before her selection as running mate, Gov. Palin served as an informal
energy adviser to Sen. McCain, saying she has spoken with the Arizona
senator about the need to drill more in places like Alaska.

Chuck Todd made the comment:

"Well Ron, We’ve been able to see that there are a few folks who are

saying [Palin is] actually going to hole up in Alaska for a little..."
http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2008/09/05/1353954.aspx
*** Waiting for the interview: There are now about 60 days until
Election Day and just three weeks until the debates. And who knows
whether we'll get the first Sarah Palin serious issue interview before
then. This morning on JOE, McCain manager Rick Davis wouldn't commit
to putting her out to media interviews unless they saw it as helping
their campaign. This Sunday is interesting in that three of the four
principles are doing sunday shows, the lone holdout: Palin.

This is freaky to many voters... A candidate 60 days til election
is sheltered from the media:
...whether we'll get the first Sarah Palin serious issue interview
before ?
...McCain manager Rick Davis wouldn't commit to putting her out to
media interviews ?
...the lone holdout: Palin ?
..."going to hole up" ?

That's NOT what ppl want to hear. Shunning the press is one thing,
they are insulting voters that need answers.

The argument is with the person who started this thread and the
subject line: "Re: Palin Leaves Campaign Trail. Flees North /
DRILL! DRILL! DRILL!" The subject line isn't true. I fully expect
that Palin will go back to Alaska at some point. I don't think
that's something that should elicit claims that she "Flees North"
or that she "Leaves Campaign Trail".

Somehow Palin has bifurcated, perhaps via some sort of experimental

Funny, I just had a post about Drill, drill, drill and conservative family
values:

Anyhow, here it is :
=================================================

What are this "conservative family values" and which idiot still believe
that conservatives care a half of millimeter about any form of family
values ?

Today, the only conservative answer to the energy crisis is: Drill, drill,
drill to find the last drop of oil so we can burn it in our SUVs.

Yet, 8% of all the oil production goes to plastic manufacturing. If we do
what conservatives want, our kids and grandkids will not have plastic for
their industry. Just look around and see how much of the modern life is
dependent on plastic.
The conservative ideology is condemning their own grandkids to a life
without civilized comfort just in order for us to be a few more years as
wasteful as before, driving heavy rough-terrain vehicles on the city
streets.

Many of the modern medicine are oil based. It is a family value to condemn
your grandkids to live and die in pain without medicine that can save
them ? And for what ? Just to avoid switching away from their 12mpg gas
guzzler to a decent compact car for day by day commute ? Killing your own
kids it is a conservative family value ?

Oil is also a vital ingredient in manufacturing of fertilizers required to
be able to feed out population. Without modern fertilizers we can not feed
all the population. Maybe about half of world population will be killed by
starvation once we can not manufacture fertilizers anymore. Yet, for the
conservatives obsessed with "family values", it is more important to doom
their grandkids to death by starvation than to "look less impressive" in a
subcompact car than in their beloved Hummer.

All the asphalt paving our streets and enabling us to have a modern
transportation system it is oil based. Without oil, our highways will
crumble, harming the economy and putting more lives at risk. It is a
conservative family value to coerce our kids to live into a world without
modern highways ?
The conservative ideology is condemning their own grandkids to a life
without civilized transportation just in order for us to be a few more
years as wasteful as before, driving heavy rough-terrain vehicles on the
city streets.

And in the end, but no less important by any mean it is the proved
scientific fact of Global Warming. All our pollution we put in the air do
alter the climate and have the power to kill our kids and our kids kids
with unseen hurricane force in one part of the world and droughts on the
former fertile lands elsewhere. Yet, the delusional imbeciles just try to
lie to themselves that this does not happen. What it is so important to
them that they are ready to kill their family by spreading lies over lies
and twisting the facts ? You guessed it, it is their SUV. The feeling of
being above others while burning 12 mpg into an off-road vehicle waiting on
the semaphore on the congested city streets it is for them more important
than the fact they their kids will die starving in drought or will drawn
into a hurricane surge washing away their house.

ANALYZE:
========

What conservatives call "family value" it is a unhealthy obsession to
interfere with other people sexual life. They want to regulate who with who
and how have sex and nothing more. This are the family values for them.

And the obsession with driving SUV it can actually have a Freudian
interpretation: People obsessed with sex but who are forced by the
social-cultural environment to behave like they are not, need a way to
express their frustrated sexuality. And they are doing it by driving large
SUVs as a phallic symbol. Symbol, which put them above others, hide their
insecurity, bring them prestige to compensate to the insignificance of
their intellect and give them the testosterone so craved by such a
self-centered insecure person.

CONCLUSION:
===========

Conservatives do not care at all of any family values. Most of the time,
they are just sexually obsessed frustrated individuals who are ready to
destroy all the condition their kids need to survive condemning them to
death in exchange for a short term reward.

AFTER ME THE DELUGE ! This is the core value a conservative have.

If you really want to see people who put the family values first, look at
the ecologists and environmentalist movements. There is the place where you
find people really thinking:

What will our kids do tomorrow after we are gone ?

What can WE do in order to give them a decent or a better life ?

Those speaking of "family values" while carrying a sign with: "Drill, Drill,
Drill" are just mentally unstable individuals putting sexual gratification
above the life of their children.

Ask Mudflat. I didn't interpret that literally.
"Palin Leaves Campaign Trail. Flees North.
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.politics/msg/45e4eeeb32c9553a

Well this is interesting. Chuck Todd dropped a little bombshell this

"He can go on just an hour or two of sleep a night. He says, 'I can

said Sarah Palin... the meth capital of Alaska

Also interesting is the anal retentive interpretation and making
mountains out of nada.
Are all titles on use.net & blogs literal to you?

You could say she's fleeing to her cocoon or bubble. The point is SHE
IS ISOLATED, DIVORCED FROM ALL THE PEOPLE, UNAVAILABLE and so on. At a
time it is imperative she behaves human and is accessible to press and
questions. All you know is she repeats the speech Bush ppl wrote for
her [THAT IS NOT A MAVERICK]. She's more like a quick study robot.
Their secrecy is evil and dark. The more asute have watched her
internet trail being scrubbed and a new "history" being made up.

> Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out,
> They leave the West behind,
> And Moscow girls make me sing and shout,
> That Georgia's always on my my my my my my my my my mind.

Is this literal? You're knocked out?
btw... I knew a man that was hooked up with a girl from an American
loving former USSR country.
He'd be the first to tell you what a dummy he was. She was gorgeous,
if that's all you need.

Women want to see Palin as a good mother as well as a professional.
She gets support for going to Alaska to see her son
Track off on 9-11-08.
There are 60 days until election. Palin is new and unvetted. Only
wreckless crazies would want to see no vetting,
no meet the press et al.

There are a few good men. Others just care that she's a HOTTIE and to
hell with vetting and good judgement!

Other then Chuck Todd, I'd heard she was to go to Alaska about one
week to be there for Track. She also has a special needs baby, a newly
pregnant unwed teen, a soon to be son-in-law, and two other daughters.
Her husband only sleeps "an hour or two a night" and is able to be the
Mr Mom. Her children would still benefit from quality time with there
mother. If they are homeschooled they can campaign with mother. Piper
looks like a natural politician.

And you'd rather argue minutae like where she is rather than the real issue
of her being hidden from the press in the first place.

The repeated claim is that she was gone to Alaska. She's not gone
at all. She's been on the campaign trail.

I believe that they are working to make her first sit down
interviews in the campaign work positively for the campaign.
Wouldn't you do that? But the claim of the thread wasn't true.
That's what I'm saying, you wish to ignore that and pretend that
there is some other point.

Is irrelevant if she stay or go. The problem is not Palin, nor McCain, nor
even Bush or Cheney.
The problem is the the conservative ideology they are supporting it is
obsolete, anachronistic, idiotic, hypocritical, pathetic and criminal.

Here is a report with my last commentary about the hypocrisy of
conservatism. Read and learn.

The claim is that she went "North", she's actually in the Lower 48.
The claim is that she left the "campaign trail", she's appearing
every day with McCain speaking to crowds that want to hear her. So
is the subject line that started this true in any way? All you have
is that she's not doing a sit down with Oprah.

Palin's hiding in a little bumfucKKK rightarded town to give a speech
hardly counts as making public appearances.

WHO IN THE WIDE WORLD OF FUCK CARES?

She's being kept from the media -- that's the story you're dancing around.

Yet Bonde continues to be miffed over the fact that's he's a perennial
multiple winner of the Rodney Dangerfield award (semantic tap-dance &
selective gearbox divisions).

Dear Bill Bonde reckon this: Y R U stuck on old title? Everyone else
is up to date.

Title changed for "Bill Bonde reckon this" here...
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.royalty/msg/2dc9fe2082a29f75

This:
"Palin Leaves Campaign Trail.Flees North" title was CHANGED FOR YOU,
Bill Bonde.
Your gig to keep going back is on you. Distract away. If there is
something else you want, be specific.

> is the subject line that started this true in any way?

Titles don't have to be literal. The way it's true is that she was
fleeing [the media]. The author was sincere.
"Palin Leaves Campaign Trail.Flees North" was from an Alaskan blog,
after hearing a cable news comment. No one was lying, it was small
talk on a mistaken premise. When ppl aren't given facts, they look for
them. In a vague situation, things get mixed up. The McCain-Bush
campaign is responsible for their campaign, when they do a poor job
that creates confusion. That might be their ploy or they're lame.

Lies of omission are LIES. Lies of omission are from some of the most
insidious devils on use.net.
The "innocent" dufus must be alerted not to get caught in that web.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I don't know what you intend, but you appear to be doing the
distraction technique, in a kind of Steve Doocy [of use.net] way.
Which means you have no cred.

What was more interesing in the original post was:
"questions need to happen" & "DRILL! DRILL! DRILL!"
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.royalty/msg/45e4eeeb32c9553a
Did you intend to distract from the McCain-Bush campaign keeping the
celebrity candidate from questions?
Did you intend to distract from the McCain-Bush campaign is the same
old big oil war, "DRILL! DRILL! DRILL!" ?
No answer means:
too guilty to be authentic.
More distraction means:
too guilty to be authentic.

It takes strength to be authentic.

When Palin took over Wasilla, the town had no long-term debt. By the
time she was done, debt service had increased by 69 percent, the town
had close to $19 million in long-term debt, making the debt around
$3000 per capita. And the Mccain campaign is asking us - seriously -
to consider her a fiscal conservative.

She is a Bush-Cheney fiscal conservative: low taxes, unprecedented new
spending, utter incompetence, endemic cronyism and massive debt.
