10 When you draw near to a city to fight against it, offer terms of
peace to it.

people who are found in it shall do forced labor for you and shall
serve you.
12 But if it makes no peace with you, but makes war against you, then
you shall besiege it;
13 and when the LORD your God gives it into your hand you shall put
all its males to the sword,
14 but the women and the little ones, the cattle, and everything else
in the city, all its spoil, you shall take as booty for yourselves;
and you shall enjoy the spoil of your enemies, which the LORD your God
has given you.
15 Thus you shall do to all the cities which are very far from you,
which are not cities of the nations here.
16 But in the cities of these peoples that the LORD your God gives you
for an inheritance, you shall save alive nothing that breathes,
17 but you shall utterly destroy them, the Hittites and the Amorites,
the Canaanites and the Per'izzites, the Hivites and the Jeb'usites, as
the LORD your God has commanded....
[Genocide and Forced Labor established for the first time in the

38 Then Joshua, with all Israel, turned back to Debir and assaulted
it,
39 and he took it with its king and all its towns; and they smote them
with the edge of the sword, and utterly destroyed every person in it;
he left none remaining; as he had done to Hebron and to Libnah and its
king, so he did to Debir and to its king.
40 So Joshua defeated the whole land, the hill country and the Negeb
and the lowland and the slopes, and all their kings; he left none
remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of
Israel commanded.
Joshua 11:10-19 (English-RSV):
10 And Joshua turned back at that time, and took Hazor, and smote its
king with the sword; for Hazor formerly was the head of all those
kingdoms.
11 And they put to the sword all who were in it, utterly destroying
them; there was none left that breathed, and he burned Hazor with
fire.
12 And all the cities of those kings, and all their kings, Joshua
took, and smote them with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying
them, as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded.
13 But none of the cities that stood on mounds did Israel burn, except
Hazor only; that Joshua burned.
14 And all the spoil of these cities and the cattle, the people of
Israel took for their booty; but every man they smote with the edge of
the sword, until they had destroyed them, and they did not leave any
that breathed.
15 As the LORD had commanded Moses his servant, so Moses commanded
Joshua, and so Joshua did; he left nothing undone of all that the LORD
had commanded Moses.
16 So Joshua took all that land, the hill country and all the Negeb
and all the land of Goshen and the lowland and the Arabah and the hill
country of Israel and its lowland
17 from Mount Halak, that rises toward Se'ir, as far as Ba'al-gad in
the valley of Lebanon below Mount Hermon. And he took all their kings,
and smote them, and put them to death.
18 Joshua made war a long time with all those kings.
19 There was not a city that made peace with the people of Israel,
except the Hivites, the inhabitants of Gibeon; they took all in
battle.
Here is the account of the Hivites, who were pressed into
Forced Labor.

3 But when the inhabitants of Gibeon heard what Joshua had done to
Jericho and to Ai,
4 they on their part acted with cunning, and went and made ready
provisions, and took worn-out sacks upon their asses, and wineskins,
worn-out and torn and mended,
5 with worn-out, patched sandals on their feet, and worn-out clothes;
and all their provisions were dry and moldy.
6 And they went to Joshua in the camp at Gilgal, and said to him and
to the men of Israel, "We have come from a far country; so now make a
covenant with us."
7 But the men of Israel said to the Hivites, "Perhaps you live among
us; then how can we make a covenant with you?"
8 They said to Joshua, "We are your servants." And Joshua said to
them, "Who are you? And where do you come from?"
9 They said to him, "From a very far country your servants have come,
because of the name of the LORD your God; for we have heard a report
of him, and all that he did in Egypt,
10 and all that he did to the two kings of the Amorites who were
beyond the Jordan, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og king of Bashan,
who dwelt in Ash'taroth.
11 And our elders and all the inhabitants of our country said to us,
'Take provisions in your hand for the journey, and go to meet them,
and say to them, "We are your servants; come now, make a covenant with
us."'
12 Here is our bread; it was still warm when we took it from our
houses as our food for the journey, on the day we set forth to come to
you, but now, behold, it is dry and moldy;
13 these wineskins were new when we filled them, and behold, they are
burst; and these garments and shoes of ours are worn out from the very
long journey."
14 So the men partook of their provisions, and did not ask direction
from the LORD.
15 And Joshua made peace with them, and made a covenant with them, to
let them live; and the leaders of the congregation swore to them.
16 At the end of three days after they had made a covenant with them,
they heard that they were their neighbors, and that they dwelt among
them.
17 And the people of Israel set out and reached their cities on the
third day. Now their cities were Gibeon, Chephi'rah, Be-er'oth, and
Kir'iath-je'arim.
18 But the people of Israel did not kill them, because the leaders of
the congregation had sworn to them by the LORD, the God of Israel.
Then all the congregation murmured against the leaders.
19 But all the leaders said to all the congregation, "We have sworn to
them by the LORD, the God of Israel, and now we may not touch them.
20 This we will do to them, and let them live, lest wrath be upon us,
because of the oath which we swore to them."
21 And the leaders said to them, "Let them live." So they became
hewers of wood and drawers of water for all the congregation, as the
leaders had said of them.
22 Joshua summoned them, and he said to them, "Why did you deceive us,
saying, 'We are very far from you,' when you dwell among us?
23 Now therefore you are cursed, and some of you shall always be
slaves, hewers of wood and drawers of water for the house of my God."
KING SOLOMON'S TEMPLE BUILT USING ONLY GENTILE FORCED LABOR
1 Kings 9:15-23 (English-RSV):
15 And this is the account of the forced labor which King Solomon
levied to build the house of the LORD and his own house and the Millo
and the wall of Jerusalem and Hazor and Megid'do and Gezer
16 (Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up and captured Gezer and burnt it
with fire, and had slain the Canaanites who dwelt in the city, and had
given it as dowry to his daughter, Solomon's wife;
17 so Solomon rebuilt Gezer) and Lower Beth-hor'on
18 and Ba'alath and Tamar in the wilderness, in the land of Judah,
19 and all the store-cities that Solomon had, and the cities for his
chariots, and the cities for his horsemen, and whatever Solomon
desired to build in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land of his
dominion.
20 All the people who were left of the Amorites, the Hittites, the
Per'izzites, the Hivites, and the Jeb'usites, who were not of the
people of Israel--
21 their descendants who were left after them in the land, whom the
people of Israel were unable to destroy utterly--these Solomon made a
forced levy of slaves, and so they are to this day.
22 But of the people of Israel Solomon made no slaves; they were the
soldiers, they were his officials, his commanders, his captains, his
chariot commanders and his horsemen.
23 These were the chief officers who were over Solomon's work: five
hundred and fifty, who had charge of the people who carried on the
work.
[Notice not one Israelite did any manual labor, it was the Gentiles
the Israelites didn't kill off. The Israelites were the Biblical
prototypes of Jewish Bolshevik Comissars.]
LAWS FOR FORCED LABOR & SLAVES:

Leviticus 25:39-46 (English-RSV):
39 And if your brother becomes poor beside you, and sells himself to
you, you shall not make him serve as a slave:
40 he shall be with you as a hired servant and as a sojourner. He
shall serve with you until the year of the jubilee;
41 then he shall go out from you, he and his children with him, and go
back to his own family, and return to the possession of his fathers.
42 For they are my servants, whom I brought forth out of the land of
Egypt; they shall not be sold as slaves.
43 You shall not rule over him with harshness, but shall fear your
God.
44 As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy
male and female slaves from among the nations that are round about
you.
45 You may also buy from among the strangers who sojourn with you and
their families that are with you, who have been born in your land; and
they may be your property.
46 You may bequeath them to your sons after you, to inherit as a
possession for ever; you may make slaves of them, but over your
brethren the people of Israel you shall not rule, one over another,
with harshness.
[Pay very close attention to the last two verses! The Israelites made
non-Israelites property that could be passed on as an inheritance for
ever! Notice in verse 39 an Israelite that bought another Israelite
could not make him/her serve as a slave but the non-Israelite (verse
46) it is commanded to not treat an Israelite slave with harshness but
it isn't commanded that a non-Israelite not be treated harshly. Notice
also the Israelite slave was to be released in Jubille BUT not so the
non-Israelite!]
The prophecy the current day Jews are in anticipation of being fulfilled:
Isaiah 60: 9-12, 16 Isaiah 61: 5,6,9 Isaiah 62: 1 "All the vessels
of the sea are assembled, with the ships of Tarshish in the lead,
to bring your children from afar (Diaspora?) with their silver and
gold, in the name of the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel,
who has glorified you. Foreigners (Gentiles) shall rebuild your walls,
and their kings shall be your attendants: Though I struck you in
my wrath, yet in my good will I have shown you mercy. Your gates
shall stand open constantly; day and night they shall not be closed
but shall admit to you the wealth of the nations, and their kings, in
the vanguard. For the people or kingdom shall perish that does not
serve you; those nations shall be utterly destroyed. You shall suck
the milk of nations, and be nursed at royal breasts... Strangers shall
stand ready to pasture your flocks, foreigners shall be your farmers
and vinedressers. You, yourselves, shall be named the priests of the
LORD, ministers of our God you shall be called. You shall eat the
wealth of the nations and boast of riches from them. All who see them
shall acknowledge them as a race the LORD has blessed. For
Zion's sake I will not be silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not be
quiet...."
