BTW, Any Willie Nelson Fans? Ya, he got away from a LA bust yesterday yet
still faces charges? Anyways, as I was driving one way, he was driving in a
small convertable, top down, the other way in broad daylight, sometime after
noon, Cape Cod. That's Louisiana for any of ya that don't know.
How can I emphasize the word much here is going on.
I miss the music, I trully do, Melissa ya rawked the house I read in the
CCTimes, 3 hour show this year at the Melody Tent, I wish I was there.
Nuther qwestion:
What can I make of somoeone who goes along claiming to be a US Deputy, tries
to look like Howard Stern, really looks like Alice Cooper on a bad day and
Jason Vorhees before the Friday The 13th damage whom also has a bad habit of
leaving bar tabs and not paying, smoking da 'erb. Hates Jamacians but has a
daughter taken care of by a Jamaican. The guy never taking any
responsibility whatsoever. Doesn't acknowledge her at all. Been accused and
tried but found not guity of rape (can you say shotgun to the head kinda
affect) and has a stay away order placed on he by me wifey herself. No she
is not the rape victim.
Pressure?
Far, too many people globally expect a previous creative artist collaborator
of mine and myself to team up again and to that I've sworn on the Bible, no
way ever is it ever going to happen, I won't allow it so help me God. To
date, there was only one performance of the song and it has not had local
airplay here on Cape Cod at all :-) 'Twas immediatly after 9/11/01 - almost
one week later.
:-) Big grin here, yesterday, not too far from my moms home, I knew
instantly that behind me the same nutter with a WW1 helmet was on his
motorcycle-with his wife. I let him pass, actually I pulled over and quite
frankly, if that wifey of his was going to give anyone a kiss, it was me and
I knew it too.
He has a crew cut so he loves to wear a wig.
I went by his dads house, where the nutter lives only to find he was right
behind me, dressed like Stern and driving his sisters car. My moms home and
his home are many towns apart.
To be brief, the last 2 photos 1st I saw, the guy alone was way too
embarrasing and if his family and or people round town ever saw that, he'd
be run out of state, it's x-rated and well, he did it solely to himself, by
himself. I saw, well the other one, was the facial reconstruction he needed
after I got through with him one night.
I never was charged even though I went to the BPD myself.
Bluntly, he is my personal Bin Laden.
I know, this is a peaceful board, I come here in peace and sanctity, I
appreciate more than you can fathom the music.
If ya are from the Boston area and read the Boston Herald, if you got the
09/16/06 page 18, bottom left hand corner. That is family of mine they are
writing about, guys and gals, this is way beyond scary, even for me.

When Hurricane Rita (2005) was far off shore, would you believe this?
I was in a local store and the only person I said hello to was a man
named Arthur. I said hello by simply stating hello out of my mouth and

Keep trying, my friend. My only dog in this hunt is that I truly
believe that that once great dream of "america" was one of a land that
truly was of the people, not of the state. And I come from "stock"
who were here before the europeans, before the concepts and
constraints of nations and overiding governments. Of those who WERE
"put assunder" and I STILL think it was the greatest dream that man
has dreamt. To truly be free. To be beholding to no man wearing the
robe of "lord", be he elected, appointed, annointed or otherwise.
That's a powerful dream that more and more seems difficult for people
to grab onto. It's easy for them to grab onto those parts of the
dream that fit into their little sense of things, which is why so many
are prepared to pretend they believe in the dream, whilst shredding
most of the dream's substance. {"My sin's better than your sin." "My
'rights' are better than your 'rights'", that sort of thing.} The
only time the dream is real is when people are prepared to grab hold
of those parts of it that would drive them completely nuts. If you
believe in "law enforcement", your belief in the 2nd amendment, based
on "constitutional grounds" is nothing more than being disengenuous.
Just as someone who claims to believe in the 4th amendment, but isn't
prepared to defend, just as staunchly, your right to own arms they'd
never want to see in anyone's hands. Those who believe in freedom of
religion, but want the press to hold it's tongue are just as off-base
as those who want freedom of assembly, but don't want people to
assemble, if their intention is to "pray".
I'm a very firm believer in the "separation of 'church' and 'state'".
But, it's not to keep the "church" out of the public square. It's to
keep caesar out of the pulpit, the place, unfortunately, he's
dominated for thousands of years. Caesar has had more time and place
in the cathedral than every god combined.
It's to be expected that the political class will try to claim a place
in "god's plan"; however they may state it. Be it, the headfake
support of the "inalienableness" of the constitutional rights or in
trying to claim the "high road" on specific issues, noone who would
hold political office can ever honestly claim piety. The desire to
hold the office, alone, is a prima facia disclaimer. But, to make
that headfake and then try to dissemble?? Either something is
absolute or it is not. There is no middle ground.
Either the people confere minimal, temporal priveledge to the
government or the government is THE SOURCE of the power and conferes
so-called "rights", ie limited priveledges, to the people. The latter
is EXACTLY how we have allowed things to operate. The former is the
letter. It's one thing to live by the latter. It's another entirely,
to allow the political class to claim to honor the former, when,
clearly there are almost none who do.
This isn't a "liberal" or "conservative" thing. This isn't a
republican or democratic thing. All have failed miserably. But, the
biggest failures of all have been the people. It is so completely
disgusting to listen to the people act like the government has power,
to hear them act like the political class has power, to hear them act
like the parties have power. NONE of these assholes has ANY power
whatsover. They rely on the people to ALLOW them to do the things
they do. They rely on the people to be too lazy or too self-centered
or too scared or too something to step up and tell them all to go
straight to hell. The first time the people do that, they can truly
claim to have a land of the free and home of the brave. Until then,
they're all just hiding in their cowardice.

Shane William Kelly during the month of September 2006 has managed to be on
our deck and I awoke early one morning pre - dawn to discover him there. By
the time police would've arrived, he'd been home safely with an alibi, more
like a threat to those who he'd make help him. 309 Lincoln Road is where he
resides now. Motorcycles help those who own 'em along with knowledge of the
fastest way into town. It was near 1:30 a. m..
It's not that easy to convince a police man of a stay away order despite
having a court document. If only on record worked easier at the offices of
the police, once they'd have 'em, they'd have 'em, understand? I'm sure you
do. We got one against Shane and that time is coming near for it's end, mid
November, early mid November.
How do I tell you the people of America, USA and abroad that he was an
individual at one time, a good soul but gone bad. He aided the same
terrorists that became part of the WTC 93 attack that are to my knowledge
still wanted. A man not responsible for that 1st attack? Pedro Martinez of
the New York Mets. Why do I write that? The terrorist (one of them) wanted
bears striking resemblance to him. Bad karma got Pedro in a rotator cuff
injury this year, the same time era/frame that Fox News and other stations
(CNN, MSNBC etc) were airing the video nationally of 4 to 5 men wanted.
So how does Shane fit into this? Back then, employment was hard to come by.
He couldn't write down where he lived so he couldn't get hired. He couldn't
remember the correct address. He was a TV/VCR/HIFI Stereo repairman at the
time. Alan Ganz was his eventual employer, Shane was probably sober enough.
He, Shane could drink a bottle of Jim Beam, a pint easily without falling
over. I'd seen him do it too.
As for the helping of those terrorists, 1991- ? It was nearly 1 year prior
to WTC 93. The song I hear now, Boston's "Don't Look Back", amazing, that
is what I remember of being outside across from the now vacant 1/2 building
duplex for business, where Blaine Hair School of Hyannis once was (now moved
west into downtown Hyannis). Shane with a white van full of "immigrants".

as well as I did walking, just like I.
How well did we know each other? Like peanut butter and jelly until I

themselves in good light, they'd make bad out of anyone just to keep

Kelly, real blood relatives, 1/2 brothers or full blooded brothers, sisters
too.
The deck I have had been violated, I know, within one morning after, my foot
went through a glued portion. Serated deck wood, what a concept!
Shane has been homo sexual to himself at least, stuck a black wooden "dildo"

to help Shane get rid of.
Nowadays, I'm sure, that black and white, red and yellow, all colors get
along, the vast majority.
As for Audrey Kelly, Shane's wife? She'd run far away from him if she could
get away from his "spider web" of deceipt and lies to himself, his
prohibition 1920's style pro-alcohol still hidden lifestyle, aim the shotgun
and fire attitude at anyone that would rat him out.
Funny, no, I'm no rapist but Shane has gone on and on stating about anyone
(including me) to keep himself out of trouble and I re-assert again, he
himself has been accused and tried of being one and that "shotgun" to the
head behavior of his does have it's drastic effects. I pity the man who
