The trouble with DiEugenio's blather is that he claims that his
research indicates Oswald could never have been sent the rifle by
Kleins, yet the HSCA determined that the rifle being carried out of
the TSBD by Day is the rifle Oswald is holding in the backyard photos.
As usual, he is not going to weigh up all the known evidence, EXACTLY
what he accuses Von Pein of doing.
He accuses Von Pein of making giant leaps of illogical logic, yet
DiEugenio is the guy who in his own book implied that the 45 copies of
Corliss Lamont's The Crime Against Cuba that Basic Pamphlets sent to
the CIA in 1961 somehow became the 50 copies that the FPCC sent to
Oswald in 1963. He does EXACTLY what he accuses others of doing.
Interesting to see he quotes Gil Jesus as some sort of source, then
whines about Von Pein disabling the comments section on some of his
YouTube videos. This is EXACTLY what Gil Jesus does if he gets a
dissenting view on his own YouTube channel, yet I'm sure dear ol' Jim
won't have a problem with that, LOL!
Bottom line is, Von Pein was the guy that touted Reclaiming History
for years and ALL you people said it would NEVER come out. Well it DID
come out and Hanks and HBO are making a ten part series on it. What's
DiEugenio got apart from preaching to the converted down @ <snicker>
CTKA? Not much of an organisation; forty six years and they're still
looking for the truth! President Kennedy could've come back and lived
his whole life again and they would STILL be stumbling around in the
dark, looking for the answer, LOL!

I think it's important to keep reminding any "lurkers" out there of a
few facts regarding James DiEugenio:
DiEugenio is a person who believes in all of the following four
things:
1.) Lee Harvey Oswald did not fire any shots at President Kennedy.
2.) Oswald did not fire any shots at J.D. Tippit.
3.) Oswald did not shoot at General Edwin Walker on 4/10/63.
4.) Oswald did not carry any large paper bag into the TSBD on
11/22/63. (Buell Frazier & Linnie Randle were coerced by the DPD into
making up a story about seeing LHO with a large bag, according to
Delusional DiEugenio.)
So, perhaps the above four items of total insanity should be weighed
and considered carefully before deciding whether or not to take
seriously anything that comes out of the mouth (or the keyboard) of a
certain James DiEugenio of Los Angeles, California.

I've certainly hit a nerve in James DiEugenio.
The delusional DiEugenio has decided to embarrass himself even more in
his latest effort to discredit me, linked below, which is an article

DiEugenio, in effect, admits he lied about me in the past regarding
certain things I brought up in one of my rebuttal articles that I
wrote to straighten out some of his falsehoods. (Take note of item
numbers 3, 5, 10, and 15 in the above article to see what I mean.)
And item #6 on Jim's list of craziness is enough to make any sensible
person pee their pants immediately. Let's take a gander at it now:

I disable all comments on ALL of my YouTube videos, not just some of
them (as DiEugenio has suggested). And I always have.
And that includes all good (positive) comments too. It's the VIDEO
that should take center stage, not a bunch of meaningless comments,
most of which consist of these three words: "Thanks for uploading."
You should see some of the other dumb comments I get too. No way in
Hades I'm allowing such silly trash to taint and clutter my video
pages. If DiEugenio wants to call it "censorship", let him. I couldn't
care less.
Plus: Since DiEugenio says he never goes to my YouTube channels at
all, he wouldn't realize, of course, that the vast majority of my JFK
videos are not "Pro LN" type videos at all. They are mostly videos
showing the live, as-it-happened events of Nov. '63, which should
appeal to ALL people interested in the JFK case, not just LNers (or
CTers). Heck, even HE would probably enjoy watching them.

I have to leave shortly so I only have time to respond to one of the
numerous examples of DiEugenio's misinformation campaign. He writes
the following:
"Von Pein tries to obfuscate his howler about Kennedy and John
Connally reacting to the same shot at Z-224. So what does he do? He
shows us frames Z-223, and then Z-224. You can see very little, if
anything, of Kennedy in Z-223. Which is why I did not mention it. In
Z-224 you can see a sliver of his hands going upward toward his neck
in reaction to being hit. While Connally is sitting serenely in front,
untouched. So Von Pein was wrong about both men reacting
simultaneously and is now trying to cover up his error. The proof of
that is this: Why didn't he show us frames Z-224, 225 and 226?"
Claiming that JFK's hand is going upward in Z224 is an amazing
observation since we can't see that hand in Z223 so we have no idea
whether his hand moved up, down or stayed in place between Z223-224.
However, if we compare his hand position in Z224 to Z225, we see that
it moved downward from Z224-225. Move forward one more frame, and his
hand starts upward from Z225-226, exactly the same frame we see JBC's
right arm flying upward. So for DiEugenio to be correct, JFK's right
hand was moving upward at Z224, changed directs for one frame, moving
downward at Z225, then reversed directions again at Z226. If JFK's
hand was shaking that badly, he must have had Parkinson's in addition
to Addison's.
Is this what you call a smackdown, Laz? Is this really the best you've
got? It looks to me like DiEugenio smacked a hammer right down on his
own thumb.
