Even though the G-8 summit has be rescheduled to Camp David, the remaining NATO summit in May will bring thousands of persons to our Chicago downtown area. Some of the discussion this evening will center on how our New Eastside community should be prepared. Sometimes our Beat 124 officers that protect our area everyday, can provide a different perspective than the higher level briefing officials can or want to share.
