As the new "Coast" building rises just to the east of the Swissotel, speculation on what Magellan will build on the three lots to the east is also rising.  There are some interesting pictures on this high rise forum  http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?p=5713056  to build a much taller building spanning Field Drive at Lower Wacker.  That would fill the three lots between the Coast and the Regatta. There would still be 4 high rise building-lots between the Chandler and Park Shore, and a single 900-foot building between Blue Cross and Aqua.
